Beverly Hills mansion or Manhattan penthouse?

If you were rich, which would you rather have: a mansion in Beverly Hills, or a penthouse apartment in Manhattan? Why?

Pent house and then upgrade when I'm older to a mansion. I like cleaning but not as much as a mansion requires and being young you don't want to worry about the maids not cleaing well enough if you are a neat freak like me. Plus I like open floor plans and would have time to design an open floor for a future mansion.

I myself would go for a penthouse or loft in NYC

I was there last year, and believe me, NYC has got to be the CENTER of the Universe. Everything you can imagine is there, right at your fingertips.



Yes, I know Beverly Hills and Hollywood is the center of the Entertainment industry, but you've got all that in NYC too. Just go by tribeca, and you'll see. Besides, most movies are filmed there.



So yeah, i'd go for NYC (manhattan)

I'll be going back in april of next year..... cant wait!!
