I don't know that an organization can help anyone fulfill their life dreams, but perhaps it can inspire one to start pursuing them.

It starts with the individual. One has to know what it is they want before they can go achieve it..... and more importantly, they need to 'define' what a dream is vs. reality and what success means to THEM. It means different things to different people.

For some it's material. For others more humanitarian. And others still - to simply find peace within. 'Dreams' are fueled by hope.... but they are fulfilled by faith and conviction.

Without this 'mix' of the essentials, no dream can truly be realized with the authentic passion behind it if consciousness about what the dream truly means isn't placed at a level where 'happiness' is derived.

Some people cannot be led... and no matter how strong an organization, there is no leadership which can drive an independent spirit toward their dream until they are willing to see it for what it is.

It is similar to addiction.... in that an addict cannot be helped until they are willing to be helped. One with a dram cannot be inspired unless they are open toward being inspired.

Everyone has potential. But there is a fine line between capability and willingness to live up to it....

Namaste.

This is a difficult thing to accomplish because the heart of an "organization" is typically powered by the minds & ideals of a group of individuals. You'd have to have a group of like-minded people at the center who are unanimously focused on manifesting the same goal of seeking ONLY to help others to the fulfillment and realization of THEIR goals. For an organization to truly inspire others, the individuals steering the direction of the organization would ALL have to be working towards the same outcome, contributing the same type of energy, in a synergistic manner. In other words, at the heart of the organization there would have to BE a heart.

I think it depends on what you mean by "organisation"...There are different types of organisations and we utilise them in different ways.....If you mean organisation as in a company that one is employed by, then it can help us to fulfill our dreams by giving us a comfortable work atmosphere, great colleagues and job satisfaction which are all imperative if one it to lead a happy and meaningful life. Moreover an organisation can directly influence how much we help others by giving to charity, vis the wages and bonuses accorded to us.....

If you mean "organisation" as in an NGO or charity, then it can help by By providing guidance and support in our humanitarian endeavours, such as cancer research or poverty eradication etc etc etc....

There are many ways. One is guidance. Another is encouragement. In the UK, there are many such organisations, one is the Princes Trust. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Prince%27s_Trust I personally know people who have gained from this.

First off let me say it is an honor to be asked a question by a person whom I look to for inspiration and help. I truly enjoyed reading "The Seven Spiritual Laws of Sucess" and I have referred it to many of my friends. Okay, enough of my babbling.

An organization can help me fulfill my dreams by doing many things:

1. Help me recognize what my potential is and what steps I can take to gain the maximum benefit of my potential.

2. Educate me on being responsibile and treat me in a manner that will promote a healthy attitude on life that is respectful not only to myself but to everyone that I come in contact with.

3. Allow me to be an individual and to grow. Knowing that in order to learn some of lifes lessons we need to make mistakes and when I do, offer constructinve positive criticism without judging me.

4. When I am not feeling good about myself help me realize that regardless of how bad something may seem, that there is always someone who is worse off than I am and that in time all things will pass.

5. Guide me do not try and control me. Is it no true if you grab ahold of someone their natural reaction is to pull away and if you chase someone they usually will run away. Help me understand that in order for me to receive I must give. But do not give if you are doing so with the expectation of something in return. I must give with no expectation of receiving anything and I must give from the heart.

6. Help me stay on track and if I start to slip pull me up and let me know because sometimes we get so focused on something that we forget about all of the things that got us to this point in our life.

7. Help promote me in having faith in what I am doing. Encourage me to give it my best do not allow me to give up because I failed. You cannot experience sucess until you have experienced failure they go hand in hand.

And last but not least believe in me, be trust in me and have faith and hope that I will become the best possible person that I am capable of and help me to help others. We teach what we need to learn the most. It is through love, kindness and compassion that we learn how to better ourselves and become a role model for someone else. These are the things that I feel an organization can do to help me fulfill all of my dreams.

In closing I would like to wish you all of life;s wonderful gifts and I would like to thank you for allowing me the priviledge to post an answer to your excellent question. I would be delighted if you responded to my answer and/or critique it. Once again thank you for the honor of allowing me to answer a question. Peace!

The organization is within us...If we could become more organized AND disciplined then we would feel as though we could accomplish many things. I would love to have help becoming more organized and focused. Contributing something, anything to society is the ultimate goal. There are two other things that are really important: body strength and movement such as swimming or some other form of exercise because depressed people usually stop moving and then become obese and more depressed....and doing something creative that you never dreamed you could do such as oil painting. Having accomplished people actually listen and take one serious rather than having their own agenda and being condescending is a confidence builder as well. We come from a broken, scattered society that needs to be restored. Where each person is considered valuable. There are more and more children coming from broken, drug addicted homes...what will become of them? Can some organization teach them the things that the parents were supposed to teach? Work ethics, handling a checkbook, cooking healthfully instead of fast foods and pizza...the value of a family sitting down together at the dinner table...Wow. That is almost unheard of these days. I won't go into religion as that is best kept separate, but, it can change a person's life. How about valuing and respecting teachers as much as a movie star. How about going back to real teaching rather than the "No kid left behind", deal that did not work. The kids know how to pass tests but they have no knowledge. How about more "Big Brothers", helping young boys become men. I wanted to get my Son into that when he was young because even though there was a Father he was military and was not only physically gone a lot, he was also emotionally absent from his Son. It broke my heart and you know what...there was such a need for mentors that they said they could do nothing for my Son because he had never been in trouble. Now days I would not trust a man with my Son because the media protrays men in such a negative light. You know there use to be honesty in Journalism but that is a thing of the past. There is a whatever sells mentality. I know I didn't speak of an actual, physical organization because the needs are so many. Haha I was thinking of basic training and visiting a 3rd world country to bring up one's appreciation level and then I realized that was already happening and it is called "The Iraq War" Mmm

Only by providing support, both financial and personal. For most of us in the US fulfilling our life dream is totally impossible due to our financial responsibilities. We must pay for lodging, for food, for clothing, for education, for utilities, for transportation -- not just for us as an individual but for our family members. SO... that means we must work at a job that makes a certain level of money. That all must come first before we can even think about fulfilling a life dream or living to a true potential.

Having a group, a company, an organization, an educational unit, a TV personality preach to the masses about how we should fulfill our dreams and how we should live up to our potential (ala oprah) is meaningless. That does not help. That does not inspire. That only shows us that there are some people in this world who are the "haves" that have money, while the rest of us are the "have-nots" who do not have the disposable income to chase after any dream -- except putting food on the table.

An organization can only fulfill your dreams on a temporary basis. Wether it is an organization, a friend, or anyone else, they cannot help you live up to your true potential or fulfill your dreams.

The only person that can do these things for you is YOU!

Today everyone and every organization takes you under your wing for their own interest. Granted there are still very few human people and organizations left, but I have never had a good experience with an organization in the long run as they are all in it for themselves.

You might be fooling yourself thinking they are helping you be your best or fulfill your dreams, but you will still be empty as your ambition can only fulfill you for a certain time.

Then it is time to look inside and really figure out why you are running after these meaningless dreams whose goals are to get you more material .

Find yourself and you will fulfill ur dreams =)

Many times dreams are fulfilled because a person has a specific goal that they can focus on and actually monitor on a regular basis. An organization teaches a person to make specific, concise and obtainable goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. An organization will constantly challenge you to improve yourself, your performance and your well being. If you can take these lessons in making your specific goals outside the office and into your life, then fulfilling your life long dreams is absolutely a possibility.

Also, an organization will encourage you to further your education and most of the time help to pay the entire cost of the tuition. I am a firm believer that many doors will open up to you the more education you have. Not to mention, it allows you to become a more logical communicator, a better writer and more of a free thinker.

As shallow as this may sound, an organization also provides you with the ability and the potential to move up on the pay scale and increase your net worth. Many of your life dreams do not come for free, for most people there is a price that must be paid. An organization has allowed me to save for my retirement and matched up to 50% of my money so that one day I can own that boat or play golf every day.

An organisation can be the workplace, a social institution to which one belongs, or even the family. An organisation must imperatively offer a sense of belonging when I enter that place, where I am respected as a human being first then as a worker. An organisation should offer that physical space where my capacities are valued, where my potential is tapped into to improve the way in which business is conducted for the upliftment of the people working for it, for the whole community, for the country and world. Practical things that the organisation could do are as follows:

1. Have a vision and mission statement defined after having consulted all its members. In this way I know I am functioning in a place where my contribution has been valued.

2. The HR department has a big responsibility in listening to the heartbeat of the members of the organisation. I know I can confide in the HR Manager because he or she will not only listen to what is bothering me but will show me ways to come out of my troubles. If I have a project, I must be able to fearlessly present it to my superior or the MD. If good then my contribution is valued, if not too good, then I should not be ridiculed for it.

3. The organisation should show me that I can trust its management to take it to higher levels. Thereafter it should meaningfully use its resources towards the well being of the community. How, by ensuring that none of its staff members' families are suffering from any type of ailment be it physical, emotional or mental.

4. Too often I have seen incompetence rewarded in the organisation I have worked for over a decade. Any such organisation is sure to lose its best qualified officers and only bagasse will be left.

5. The physical environment of the organisation should be appealing, allow lots of natural light to enter the workplace, or office where members operate from. There should be a sense of closeness to nature by having plants living healthily in the offices.

These are a few things that I am convinced will help me live up to my true potential.

#1 If the organizations goals are the same as yours, and your goals the same as the organizations, then, it would all begin with the"organization" and its core structure or foundation.

The heart, being the very seat of motivation, would lead me to "qualify" the organization first. What are its accomplishments? Who are the leaders of the organization and why are they the leaders? The point being that "nobody wants it as much as YOU DO". So, it would start by evaluating those question(s).

#2 Keep this in mind as well;

The organizations leader should be the leaders because of there accomplishments at a grass roots level. They should have gotten there very own hand dirty to accomplish the "common goal". If they had stuck it out, this could mean that they are in fact for real.

#3 If they are "FOR REAL", then the only and last item would be to ask is; "Am I for real?"

If the organization does in fact have the foundation you want to reach your goals namely, leadership and purpose, then all these ingredients when combined in its proper dose will not be able to prevent YOU from reaching and fulfilling your life's dreams. And, it will literally mold you, to be able to have in your grasps the power to live up to your true potential. Really, in the end, it is all up to YOU.

Anything in life can inspire someone. What inspires you might not inspire me. A good or bad experience can be an inspiration to someone. Even a dewdrop can inspire some to fulfill ones life dreams. It is all about the person. When a person looks at the dewdrop, he or she can see something in that dewdrop as a source of inspiration, to motivate the heart to accomlish something-a purpose. Why and How that dewdrop became the source of inspiration, for good or for bad, no can say but that person.

Pay me what I'm worth, and take care of the products they sell to me. Like the pharmacueticals and the food industries.

Drop the idea that "it's all about the money" until the organizations in the world understand that, then the large ones like the banks, the food suppliers, the health organizations like the pharmacueticals will not be able to help me, nor any one else. As a matter of fact if I listed the names of the organizations that are part and parcel of the troubles we all face? A report would result from it, if not a petty law suit.

Suffice to say that the stock owned companies that run the energy, food, and health companies are an organization that are legally forced to "make money" or face jail terms. So that brings the Government organizations into the picture and places them in the near top of the pryamid we support.

When they haven't that mentallity that "it's all about the money" then we can be assisted in fulfilling our life dreams.

And I say assist because quite frankly we ourselves are responsible for our own life dreams. The organizations about us can only assist us. But right now they is no "inspiration" at all. Nothing they do is inspiring. Not the cancer organizations, not the hospital organizations, not the east religion organizations, not the west religion organizations, not the nationally charitable organizations. None of them have inspirational messages worth our while until they actually do cure cancer, MS, heart disease, and the host of other ailments we have through the pharmacuetical and food inustries.

I don't think that they have the wisdom for anything inspirational. Because it's all about the money..........

I have survived a serious illness (a brain tumor) yet it that has cause me to have a disability. It is very depressing to realize that I am not the person I once was . My dreams and potentials have been delayed . I have been forced to realize that medication in many cases is not the solution for depression . It is my opinion that medication encourages isolation . What is life without socialization and association with peers. I also don't want to spend the rest of my days collecting Social Security .

If a company would hire me - but take into consideration that I will need instructions for the same thing more than once , ( eventually it finally sinks in ), that my vision is slightly impaired, and that forming words and complete sentences is complicated at times, (but eventually the words do come together). I could fulfill my dreams of being able to make a positive contribution to the community that I live in .

I am a very friendly likable person, with a lot to offer but most of the time it is easier to not socialize at all.

If a company would hire me and help me work in-spite of my disabilities I could become an independent individual my confidence would improve ,self esteem would improve, and I would be a happier person. Happy citizens make the world a happy place

Only an organization that understands healthy individuals are the only ones who can fulfill dreams and that no organization could or should ever replace the will of individuals can hope to help people fulfill their dreams.

Dreams cannot be fulfilled if a person as an individual cannot function independently and decide what his/her dreams are. Only a physically and mentally healthy individual can fulfill their dreams. And a healthy individual NEVER NEEDS an organization, they may ask for the help of others, use an organization as a tool, but never depend on it. A healthy individual can bring about change and find fulfillment with or without the aid of an organization.

A dependent person cannot do this. For them, the organization is necessary, a crutch, they cannot bring about change without its help and therefore will never find self-understanding and true fulfillment until they realize they do not need the organization.

Thus, the only good organization is one that actively admits the inherent problems of needing an organization to begin with and promotes its members to in fact, "grow out of" the organization to become healthy individuals who can think for themselves because that is the ONLY WAY to truly realize a dream and be fulfilled.

I feel like AA is such a organization, they help people find the support and strength to bring about change in their life, but always maintain that to eventually leave the group would be the ultimate goal.

Other organizations are not so sincere.

An interesting question. There are several things that an organization does that helps someone fulfill their dreams. First is oppurtunities. In order to fulfil any dream, the oppurtunity to fulfill it has to be there. If there is not oppurtunity, then you cannot fulfill a dream or live up to your true potential. In terms of a work force, if there are no oppurutunities for advancement or promotion then there are no reason to live up to your potential. The second thing is encouragement. Encouraging people to succeed and offering them the assistance that they need to fulfill their dream and potential. Rather then constantly handing out write ups when things go wrong, offer encouragment and help them learn to do things the right way. The third thing would be to provide them the things that they need. Not to hand it to them on a silver platter but giving them what is needed so they can work towards their goals. You can't build a house if you don't have a hammer. The final thing is security. If you don't have to worry from one to day to the next if you have what you need to survive you can pay more attention to fulfilling a dream or living up to your true potential. In terms of a work force, job security and reasonable wages fall under security. So in a nut shell: Oppurtunity, Encouragement, Tools, and Security. With these things an organization can help fulfill dreams and inspire people to reach their full potential.

Some I have spent time volunteering with, some I make donations, some I lobby for a cause, and some are spiritual and some I worked for earning a salary. Some only consider non-profit status an organization but I believe an organization can be any group of people of any age. Only you can fulfill your life dreams but if group participation helps you do this that is the answer.

Well Mr. Chopra,

An Organization which can fulfill a person's dream must know how to jump over every hurdle a person might face in attaining their dreams. This Organization must work exactly like a hospital where there are specialists for achieving different dreams, each hospital has specialist for variety of medical problems, so to must this Organization have specialists who can help people achieve their own dreams.

So far there have not been any organizations which have come close, even UN and NATO, which were built to solve major problems such as global poverty and hunger. I know these are major issues, but think about it, if these big Organizations cannot solve these major problems with the help of many rich and affluent countries, then how can you have an Organization which is supposed to cater personally to each and individual person and help them fulfill his/her dreams. It will simply be too big and inefficient.

As we all know the world for the most part, has a capitalist economy. In this economic structure, the only way a person can fulfill their dreams is if it is shared by others, meaning if the dream can make a profit for you and the other person, then they will join you and help you (and them) achieve your dreams. So the closest Organization which might come to aid a person in achieving their dreams in economic sense are investment firms and banks.

Oh what a question. My greatest dream is to start an organization. As, I have tried.I think it helps you reach your full potential, because a real dream is your purpose in life. Without filling that purpose, every other task Will just make you more thirsty to see that dream come true. When a person helps others, he forgets himself, and by doing that he sees the real important things in life. Only a person that has an organization boiling in his blood can understand, that his dreams lie right behind that organization. Some people want to jump off a high cliff. So be it, all the power to them. However, an organization is also the same. You climb and climb and in the beginning you really don't know, if you Will ever see what you are crawling up there to see. My greatest dream is to help others.

It can't. organizations cannot fulfill your dreams. Only the realization of yoru own potential, and you will never do that through an organization. Self relaization isn't something that a committee can meet about and then do to help you. Inspiration does not come from organizations...it comes from individuals if it comes from outside of you at all.

it is no logical that an organization can do this kind of thing for a person. Only YOU can make the moves to fulfill your life...or make the decisions to live more simply. An outside entity like that is only good as a crutch or excuse for actions taken or results that are less than desired.

I was completely surprised by this question. i am amazed that it came from who it did.

An organization can help fulfill a person's dreams by mentoring and facilitating. By this I mean that when a person becomes associated with an organization or company, they usually have something in common with that organization. Those who have been in the organization longer than that person will usually "show the new person the ropes". By receiving this mentoring, the person learns about the activity and becomes increasingly involved with the work. For example, someone who love to cook begins working as a cook at a restaurant, or, begins volunteering at the local soup kitchen. Before you know it, the person is the best cook in the area (of course they must be open to the mentor's assistance).

Also, a person who becomes involved with the organization of their passion will be more in touch with opportunities available to increase knowledge and skills. Even fast food places offer contests for fun, such as the team with the fastest, most accurate service. Take that soup kitchen person...someday, they may find out they enjoy helping people and they will learn everything they can about the business of soup kitchens and go open one of their own, realizing that this was ultimately their dream. Or maybe, the person who learns to cook in a restaurant will go on to attend culinary school and become a great chef.

So, no matter where you plant yourself, the soil around you will help you grow the dreams of a lifetime.

I'm a guitar player in a rock band. I guess you could call me an organ in the organization.

The music will die if I don't keep playing the rhythm. If I stop, the other organs start to work harder and eventually they pressure me back in to making sound. Music grows like this. I find things I never thought I would find in this way.

Its the best example I can find in my life of cooperation. We help each other and go so much further than we could were we alone.

Now I apply that mindset to my other organization which is the BIG ORGANIZATION, i.e. everyone. The band inspires me to use the power of suggestion to overcome the prisoner's dilemma...

Its a fight to make cooperation work sometimes. But I have reached heights I never ever expected thanks to the bands collective musical push. If we succeed, I have someone to share the success with, if we fail, I have someone to work on the revision with. Our dream is the same dream. We have togetherness.

An organization can be helpful and motivational to a group or individual when it enriches and encourages based on access and capability of the respondent. Motivational talks or products do not help someone if they are not willing or capable of responding to a given approach. As motivators, we need to accurately match the specific audience with a specific goal, and then offer a plan based on the potential of low risk and higher return.

For example, we would not talk to a group of returning veterans from active duty in the middle east about the virtues of Martha Stewart floral arrangements. In order to improve the rate of return (to motivate those that want to get a fresh start), we would have better luck with "groups or organizations that will help in re-establishing in a diverse society". Once we accurately match the audience with the need, we can then expand from there, and go into more specific remedies for specific individuals.

In most cases, a person's potential is based upon a combination of skills, aptitudes, interests, and discipline. Once a person's interest is peaked, we can then enhance and reinforce the other qualities he will need to achieve success. Educating the respondent, and reassessing the level or quality of his needs, will not only create a happier and more productive individual, but also contribute substantially to society as a whole.

I believe organizations are a great way for you to fulfill your dreams and potential. I think if you join an organization with people with similar interest and goals you could accomplish many worthy things that you may not be able to do on your own, like raising money for worthy causes and developing friendships with new people that may share your philosophies. It is also a way to help you improve your leadership and communication skills and you may not have that opportunity at work. You do need to get involved if you join an organization if you want to get anything out of it, but not to the point where you family or job suffer.

Tools, guidance, resources, vision; these are all items an organization can provide to inspire an individual to find fulfillment. Additionally, insights to identify ones goals and discover their dreams are potentially available through an organization.

This largely is dependent upon the agenda of the organization and if there are hidden agendas of the organization towards self-serving empowerment and financial enhancement that may potentially harm its subscribers.

People who are directionless are apt to arrive nowhere. Those with a sense of purpose and passion directed intentionally are more apt to move towards the desired goal and with perseverance inevitably hit the target.

An altruistic organization could act as a catalyst to initiate the divine breeze to fan the latent flames already existent in the individual pursuing the realization of their dreams. Furthermore, support to stoke the fire, once ignited, could also be a service the organization provides.

An organization can inspire me to live up to my true potential by inspiring me to benefit a certain cause. An organization that promotes a good cause can bring out the good in many people. A good example would be the three day walk to find a cure for breast cancer. Just knowing that I can help someone makes me want to help in any way possible. An organization can also inspire me to follow my dreams. Knowing that certain organizations can help me go to college and reach my goals make me persevere. I know that if I work hard, I know that I will be recognized. =]

I think an organization can help by providing support such as employment. When we have an adequate standard of living, we are free to concentrate on our pursuit of happiness and not be distracted by our need to survive. Other community related organizations can aid us by providing access to a network of like minded people where we can share ideas, discuss problems and know we aren't alone.Organizations have the potential to make knowledge and wisdom available to those seeking enlightenment. Fulfilling our true potential is still an individual's responsibility. The organizations are some of the tools to achieve fulfilment.

The 2 Q's you asked have similar tones between them.

First an organization would have to inspire an individual to live up 2 their full potential, before it could help them fulfill their life dream. With that in mind may I state my response to this Great Question.

Recently, I had started working for such an organization. They have given me an opportunity to learn the structure of the business, creative freedom to make changes I see would increase the profit of the business, with an international background as an affiliate of a major corporation.

I am so excited to be @ this point in my life. Working for a company which promotes from within' & has the structure of a union backing. I've always wanted to own my own business. I recently visited Europe with hopes of returning under a 2yr work permit. This job inspires me to acchieve my goals, by working in my field, fueling my dreams by respecting my full potential within' the organization. Experieance

An organization can help an individual to fulfill their dreams by first discovering what those dreams might be. Dreams are a very individual thing. Once the organization determines the individual's dreams, they can help to inspire them by making appropriate opportunities available that are individually tailored depending on the direction that is desired by both the organization and the individual. I think the most important aspect in this is communication, communication is essential on every level, on a day to day basis. Happiness or unhappiness in a career is determined on many levels, but it is always the little day to day things, the ability to adapt to the daily needs, the ability to fulfill needs, to make the individual feel like an important and viable part of a larger whole, to make them feel important, appreciated, and needed, that make the biggest difference in finding the appropriate spot on the fulfillment curve where one is happy, fulfilled, where dreams are achievable, where there is a decipherable path to the achievement, encouragement to get there, and nurturing along the way.

It seems I remember this question being asked before, and my answer hasn't changed much : I don't know that any organization could help me fulfill my dreams - at least not as organizations are these days. I say that because MY dreams are of a huge scale, and - unfortunately - at this time in history - there are far too many obstacles to achieving them.

The biggest obstacle? Money - without a doubt. Not that having money, or using it is bad. But is has assumed the role of "God" in Western civilization, and for it, we are killing this planet, its atmosphere, and its creatures.

Would I like to change the world? Sure I would. Would I like to believe that I can make a change? You bet. But do I believe that someone with no money, no oil, no assets, no property, no connections, and no family legacy, can really do anything? No, I am sad to say, I don't.

When George W Bush was elected as President in 2000 - after Al Gore won the popular election - I lost all faith in this country (the US) and its government. For an organization to inspire me to fulfill MY dreams, it would have to provide a means to dispose with our current government - in whole - and craft a new Constitution, so that we could REALLY have government BY THE PEOPLE, FOR THE PEOPLE again.

This probably isn't what you were looking to hear, but I dare not dream at all, knowing how JFK, Robert Kennedy, and Martin Luther King went out. They had "big dreams" too....

Using a company, large or small, as an example of an organization, there are numerous ways they can help you fulfill your life dreams.

An organization has provided me with health care, so that I can monitor my physical condition and stay healthy to achieve my life dreams someday. Also, they have been willing to pay half of my gym membership so that I can remain physically fit and lead a healthy lifestyle. This is important because leading a healthy life now will allow me to hopefully (baring any unforeseen circumstances) live an more active, non-sedentary lifestyle the older I become.

I will tell you that without being a part of an organization I would have never been able to build the dream house that my wife and I have always wanted. I would have never learned how to speak in front of audiences properly. I would have never been able to save money significant enough for retirement . Lastly, I would have never had the opportunity to achieve a higher education without going into an incredible amount of debt.

Overall, being apart of an organization has allowed me to make lifelong friends (which is much more important than money) which I can share my dreams with outside of my home and a place that provides me with a steady source of education and income that I can use to fulfill my life dreams someday.

Organizations can provide a needed sense of unity, and when humans are unified they are capable of even greater things. The problem is, it seems, that many are cut off from one another these days. I feel that many organizations are unhelpful for reaching one's potentials. Like Yahoo, for instance, as they have continuously deleted my question here on Answers, "Is mankind a Divine Being trapped in the illusion that he is not?" after dismissing it as little more than a rant, when it is in fact a very important question I wish to ask.

To me, that is an example of how an organization has been entirely unhelpful in one's spiritual pursuits... I feel like organizations have a bad habit of getting in the way more then they do helping, probably because they are usually fueled by money, and money is something that distracts people from realizing the real values, keeping man trapped in his own ignorance.

With any luck, perhaps I will find an organization of honest people who do good things, and I will be able to call those people my friends.

If your "dream" is to become a professional basketball player or football player then organizations like the National Basketball Association and the National Football League can do that. But, if you are talking about helping someone to reach their "true potential", then it depends upon the type of guidance, sense of purpose and character building that organization can offer. One example might be joining The Peace Corp for a person who's true potential involves actively helping others to a better life.

An altruistic organization could act as a catalyst to initiate the divine breeze to fan the latent flames already existent in the individual pursuing the realization of their dreams. Furthermore, support to stoke the fire, once ignited, could also be a service the organization provides.

An organization can help you fulfill your dreams simply because it is a larger entity; and consequently , is supposed to have more power than a single person. Although the dreams of one person can come true simply by believing it so, hard enough and long enough for it to manifest , an organization can push that manifestation along perhaps a bit faster, and perhaps in a way we never imaginied. There are many roads to follow in the fulfillment of our dreams, and depending upon which road we choose to follow, we will see the outcome and manifestation come about more easily with the power of an organization to support our purpose, our goal. Even Jesus said, Where two or more are; so I am, .....and Where two or more agree on anything, it shall be done............The power of more than one......like the power of collective prayer......An organization , being a collective group of people working toward one goal or purpose, would simply be of one mind but many options, toward the fulfillment of your dreams and goals.

They can't. They can only show you doors. Only you can choose to walk through. Even God has a path and plan for your life which would be your true potential, but you have free will not to follow it.

If the organization opens doors that bring you closer to your life dreams without undermining your dreams/morals by your responsibilities to the organization, then it can help. If they are influential by being close to you via membership, and sway you from that dream then you were better off without the organization by taking the long hard road by your self, but staying true to your dream and your self. Motivating you to walk through the right doors that get you closer to your dream and being true to your self is a long hard journey where your heart and head have to work together to be your guide. Many sell out because the road is too hard or too long and then only have accepted less than the true potential. If the individual has the true life goal held in his/her heart, and the organization challenges/inspires the heart and body to move forward at least one step at a time, gives strength when we are weak, and endurance to go the distance then you can live your dreams and live up to your true potential (everyday getting a little bit closer to that dream).

I would think an organization would probably help by adding information, support, and activity that would be difficult to achieve by yourself. Although some organizations could and often do easily crush any hopes one might have, an organization to inspire a person would have to have a high regard for that person's achievement and life. I don't currently know of any organizations that could score excellent on that count. Most of my experience has shown many organization crushing people, unless a mentor type helps some individuals.

This is somewhat of a loaded question.

Everyone has differing dreams and therefore an

endless pool of things it will take to achieve those

dreams.

Some of us may require financial means to achieve

our goals and yet others simply achieve their dreams

by raising children and having a loving family.

It is ultimately up to the individual to find ways to achieve

their goals and dreams. If part of that dream means

wealth then a company can obviously help by paying

well. Of course, companies typically only pay well to those

that produce so you'll have to work hard to achieve what

you want.

At the end of the day an organization has a responsibility to its' owner(s), stockholders, and customers (by producing a quality service or product). Most organizations in this process want to hire the best employees they can that will produce as much as they can. This is simple business. A company or organization will more often than not want to implement a good working environment, pay a competitive salary & benefits package, etc. in order to get & maintain their employees. Ultimately this has nothing to do with an organization helping you achieve your goals & dreams, it is about acheiving the goals of the organization.

Only individuals are able to identify & acheive their goals & dreams and they may use an organization to do that just as the organization uses them to acheive theirs.

Depends of your life dreams or where you can put your potential.

An organization can help me to fulfill my dreams if it can conect my potential to my goals. All the literature focuse the persons in function of organizations' goals assuming that the potential must bu usefull for something. Nothing is worry about the personal's goals and even the organizations get the right to tell us what we have to dreams: to have a pocket pc, to have a car of a year, to have a pretty shoes, be extrovert, etc.

Organizations force us to give our potential, sometimes for explode to ourself, so I think noone really thing in fact some organization can conect our potential to our dreams. Maybe if we create those kind of organizations we can say how to do make the link. It would be an organization with one goal: to reach the goals to its members: the religions, the policy parties were in any point of the time an institutions that made this function so the importance that those reach in the society were too high.

The humans needs these kind of organizations, we have tendency to create it but sometimes with out right criteria, example: gangs, maffias, racist groups, violent groups (politics did include).

A society obsessed in get money down nobody price will consider to create this kind of institutions a things of stupids. I think we are living in a society of too hard spirits where all the values are measured in money and point of not return have been let back; this is only a show how it will be the human of XXI century....

It depends on the type of organization. Some organizations such as Junior Achievement, Girl Scouts , Boy Scouts and The Pathfinder Club assist in instilling confidence in young people and help them to see that they can be leaders and achieve. Some organizations are geared toward persons who believe that they have a particular dream and these organizations help persons with specific dreams. For example, the dream of becoming a pilot or scientist.

In essence some organizations provide the drive and open the eyes of their members to the realization that they can live up to their true potential. Other organizations provide the atmosphere to foster a particular dream, or provide monetary assistance, or provide other opportunities to persons who are already driven.

Speaking specifically with regards to myself, I believe that I am already inspired to do my best. Part of my purpose in life is to love people and help people ...I do that already. Another part of achieving my potential would entail praising God ... I try to do my best at that . I would also like to become a doctor. I do not lack inspiration only finances, but I know that where there is a will there is a way. As long as it's God's will I can achieve it. If an organization would help me monetarily I would certainly appreciate it....but I do not need to be inspired....already motivated and doing my B.S in Biotechnology... on my way. :-)

An organization is a symbol, a representation for our ambitions and the leader of one should, ideally, be the ultimate embodiment of this. It is something that we can relate to because it is a physical manifestation, a creed we can follow, something we can believe in. This in turn will motivate us to pursue our dreams, transforming the "could be" into a "can be," and, in doing so, allow us to further explore the realms of our potential. In short, organizations, in this way, help us translate our thoughts into actions. People who feel a given organization accurately mirrors their ambitions and dreams will work at their maximum capacity for the company, ensuring a peaceful coexistence between the individual and the organization.

In my martial arts class, its principles are determination, discipline, and, above all, respect, each of which I strongly believe. The master of the school follows and enforces these ideals and is followed by all the other students, creating a positive, supportive atmosphere. Through the physical portrayals of these principles such as bowing to the master, shaking hands with everyone at the end of class, and watching everyone work their hardest; I've developed a trust between the community and me. With this trust, I was always willing to put in my one hundred percent because I felt that I could identify with the community, giving me a good opportunity to explore myself from within which gives me every single day the opportunity to discover my true potential and so putting me on the road to fulfill my life's dreams.

First off I think it depends on wether or not you naturally give a 100% in everything you do no matter what, but if not I would think these things would motivate most to do their best:

1. Pay, pay has to be good

2. Good benefits

3. Polite coworkers, noone wants to be unhappy at work

4. Polite, fair, boss

5. Clean workplace

6. Shortest amount of work time possible

7. Appreciation for over achievment

* good overtime pay

But, you know... that would be the perfect job. Not very likely, but seeing as you said Organization, other things could be mentioned as well. I mean, an organization could be a club for which you don't get paid. In that case I'd want the overall purpose to be interesting, fun, and everyone invovled to be happy. I'd also like to have a good leader who's polite, fair, and keeps the peace throughout the organization.

Just my thoughts...

Being here on Earth is a huge organization. And all the people in it. We all work together in our own ways bouncing off of one another to reach our goals and fulful our dreams. There have been people in my life, that have handed me a life goal that I have always wanted and helped me accomplish it. I thought I would never have been able to do that, and they let me, just out of the kindness of themself. I am part of the organization, inspiring and being inspired by those around me. Constantly learning, constantly teaching others and knowing that it is only temporary for life is short. The organization ( life ) was here before I was born, and will be here after I leave, but it's people that make all the difference. They can make you, or break you and believing in yourself will help you live up to your true potential.
2008-02-20 11:59:10 UTC
Whew, well... Most people have dreams, and I do agree that they are different. Some people do have the same life goal or dream. I can see that you don't need an answer to this question, but you want to see what other people would answer. This is very common sense. People who have a dream, and a very dedicated can make an organzation commited to fulfilling that dream. Now, you have to decide what your dream is, and join the organization with the same dream, and as a team your dream might, and probably will be fulfilled!

An organization should be able to use my full potential if it allows me to fulfill it's goals the way I see fit. If I find that a certain task can be done by me in a different way which enables the organization to be more effective and efficient then the leadership should permit me to do so. Flexibility is a key to the survival and success of any organization. If my ideas are given a chance to be aired however foolish they may seem to be then I feel accepted and appreciated as an individual. This helps me to fulfill my own personal life dreams.

I thought I had such an organization (religion) at one time. I was highly inspired to be the best person that I could be. But mostly the people within that organization tried to control all me and my family did, said..etc. Controlling me didn't help me want to fulfil my dreams or live up to my true potential. I would have to say if the organization would support my views or gently correct me and guide me on my way along the correct path without "controlling" everything I do, say, see etc.

An organization is only as good as the people in it. I think that positive people, who have already done something with their lives, are the best examples, and who we should take advise from. Those who have been in the trenches, as they say, are the ones who will show you what it really takes, and they've been there. The advise still has to be practical.

People are all different though. Some need help finding their dream, others need courage or self-confidence, and still others need to know exactly what steps to take.

Most of all, the people in the organization, must truly love what they are doing. Hypocrisy shows. Unfortunately, the everyday affairs of running an organization can cause it to lose sight of it's own dream. There must be an awareness of this fact.

First of all, I would like to know you that you had inspired me so much from reading your life changing book "The Book of Secrets." Thank you very much doctor.

Not all organizations help us fulfill our life dreams. In my experience, I have had a lot of struggles in my work in different organizations. I have seen a lot of office politics and power play. I just realized that if I want to fulfill my life dreams, I would have to go back from the essence of pure potentiality which is my divine self. I was disillusioned many times by believing that an organization would provide me security and stability. Yet, I found out that there is no real security in this world. There is only opportunity in the outside world. Real security comes from within which has no limits and boundary.

The solution therefore to this problem for me is not to depend from any external organization to provide me fulfillment of my life dreams but to go back to my real self which would direct me in fulfilling my dreams. As what you have written in your book, "WHAT YOU SEEK, YOU ALREADY ARE." I trust in the power of the universe to grant all my desires as I follow the flow of awareness, don't resist what's happening inside, open myself to the unknown, don't censor or deny what I feel, reach beyond myself, be genuine which is to speak my truth, and to let the center which is the universe within me be my home.

An organization that I may work for must realize that I am a wife and a mom first, work comes second. My husband works for a huge organization that values the power of the american dollar and not of the "American spirit of family". My husbands boss is always asking him to stay late, come in early. My life dream ever since I was a small girl was to become a mom. For an organization to recognize that ideal would inspire me to really live up to my true potential.

An organization can help us fulfill our life dreams by letting us help in a capacity that allows us to find our true gifts and the opportunity to get experience in using them. These gifts can grow into opportunities for our own personal use and with the right breaks make us some of the most successful people to ever live and even a few remembered after we are no longer here.

I believe that an organization can inspire you to live up to your true potential when it challenges you, teaches you, acknowledges you and puts people in positions that are designed to help them reach their true potential.

The only way I would think that an organization could you to fulfill your life dreams is if your life dream is tied up with what the organization provides. If your life dream is to help people and you're employed in a soup kitchen then the organization can help you fulfill your life dreams.

This is a funny question for me because I absolutely found an organization that is helping me fulfill my life dreams! This organization is packed full of people that are helping me achiece my dreams. I just can't even believe it! It is truly a dream come true and I wish everyone knew about this! I'm beaming inside and just can't contain my excitement. I'm motivated, I'm driven, I'm becoming hugely successful and all because I found this organization that focuses on personal development, financial literacy and making money!

An organization can't inspire me but the people in the organization can. There are many organizations that don't have strong leaders who actually believe in what they are doing and those are the ones that struggle. If you have strong leaders and a strong message that people in the organization actually believe in the message then people will listen. When you get people to listen, things start to change and that is when people are living up to their true potential.....when things are changing for the better and you and the people around you are happy. That is true potential...true happiness for not only you but for others.

It all depends on what the person's dreams are. My dream is to find a well paying job(while having high job-satisfaction), get married, have kids, travel the world, be financially secure, and live a good life.

An organization could make some of my dreams happen. An organization could hire me on as an accountant with a high paying salary. The organization could grant me payed vacation time and this would take care of my desire to travel the world. As for getting married and having kids, the organization would have little influence over.

Dreams are meant to be pursued by the individual and not granted by an organization. I think the best thing an organization could do is simply be a good example to people. The organization should be ethical and socially responsible. Take Enron for example. Enron ruined people's lives with their unethical and illegal practices. Enron shattered peoples dreams of happiness.

I am a franchise holder of a networking company,This organization has opened the doors to the reality that I Can dream. If not for them I would not know of you or other inspirational people. They not only encourage and inspire me They have given me the vehicle to allow me to fulfill them. I find to many people today do not have dreams. They can not see beyond this day. It is extremely sad that we have the ability to reach the stars and our biggest dream is what is on TV and will they win the lottery. This company wants to know your dreams even before you go into busines with them.Your dream has to be big enough to create the desire or you wont succeed. Then it is up to you to help and inspire the next person to realize there dreams,

This answer would of course depend on which organization you speak of. In general comment there can be many organizations that can inspire many people. Non-profit organizations would most likely be the ones that inspire people the most to live out their full potential. A non profit that teaches something like life skills and multi-culturalism has the power to inspire many people gathered together to achieve one common goal. These kinds of events have a tendency to spark a certain feeling in people which leaves them wanting more for themselves and for the world in turn drives these people to push themselves to the limits and achieve their full potential.

An organisation can give a chance for its members / employees to get an insight into their own dreams (of course, relevant). whether or not the member has chosen to join there because of its interest, he / she can get a picture of what the organisation 'dreams' and how it is trying to acheive. This perception will help an individual to project his dreams to reality.

Moreover regardless of the individual's interest, the organisation will find out the true potential to use it for its benefit at least. This way the organisation will help its members to realise their potential.

All these things can happen only if the organisation and member both are matured enough to understand that everyone has a dream and a different dream for everyone. I mean to say I can inspire / get help from organisation to reach my dreams. But I cannot try to bend the organisation towards my dreams or the other way also.

An organization can only guide and give suggestions, but true change comes from the inside. Like my pastor would say, I could sit in a garage, but would that make me a car? No. Similarly, I could sit at an organization's "team building exercise" and not be moved by it although other people might be encouraged by it and might be influenced to make a difference in their company and possibly their lives. An organization can do so much, by having motiving, positive, charismatic, and encouraging speakers, to having a philosophy and mission statement that people can identify with and want to live by, and just by having people that care. I heard once that everyone has a sphere of influence that your actions ripple and affect at least ten people, that at least ten people would really care about you if you live or died or if something happened to you. How much better would it be to have an organization that cared about people first, rather than how much money they can make? This organization would be an inspiration to many.

Living up to your true potential is the same as rising up in status in a large company. The more you rise, the better you feel and the better you live. You can get more money in a large organization when you reach the top. This can be inspiring and you feel the need to reach your true potential. It's all very liberating. You should definitely give it a try!

Humans are social animals. We must have contact with others to fulfil the need to belong, be noticed, and to be loved.

Whales move in pods. Lions settle into prides. Primates, including humans need family and social groups.

In order to understand ourselves, feedback from others like or unlike ourselves is also needed. We thrive on approval from our family and friends as a group, although there are always hermits here, or crumudgeons there. Some may disagree with the idea that contact with others on a regular basis is important, but they still care how they are portrayed by other people. Even the most anti-social person still feels he or she has to live up to a certain image. Unfortunately, sometimes doing so leads to joining violent gangs or other socially unacceptable groups.

But most of the time, to join an organization is to find people like ourselves who have similar interests, ideas, and goals. We join churches, clubs, humanitarian organizations, the BAR, the DAR, the AMA, a union, sorority/fraternity, and so forth for this vary thing.

It is through these groups or organizations no matter how large or small that we see ourselves as part of something big and/or important. With the support from other members, we gain confidence to strive to achieve our goals, and, live up to our true potential.

There IS work involved on the part of each individual, of course. Just signing up to say you belong to such 'n' such organization is not enough. To gain the support and feedback of the other members means participation in various aspects of the mission of the group.

Through regular social contact we find out who we are as individuals. And once we know who we are, we are able to find a fulfilling life and meet our goals.

Great to see you on here, please ask more interesting questions. There have been many organization that have helped me along the path to my potential by providing the knowledge, experiences, education, mentoring, and feedback that I alone did not have. Being part of a team that has direction and working everyday towards a common goal helps one to understand how to do that for yourself. No one does it all by themselves but rather with their support network, to understand that and to use it to further yourself along the path to your dreams is powerful. Success is inspiring to share in the success and the inspiration that it brings translates into the personal life too.

Organization do help many to fulfill their dreams by providing access to tools, knowledge and support which unlock the secrets of success and seeing what can be accomplished inspires me to reach higher then I did before.

The "organization" is a gift on the path to teach you that you are for -giving, for -prosperity for-optimism.. The organization, and your response to being 'for' your best self, is what helps you live up to your true potential. Too many things we might be against, 'like" cancer, disease, war, poverty destruction, might deceive us into thinking that nobility is found in taking a stand against.. Sometimes it is through example that we learn to stand with, live with, and let experience transform to release an old boundary, and recognize a new freedom and happiness.. so bright no one can fully appreciate the "circumstances" you choose to accept when chosing to be for your true optism.

An organization can help you to fulfill your life dreams when united in belief that potential is far greater than the obstacles we face- in life, in business. You fulfill your true potential, and find the resources, including the organization, by being 'for" the giving, the optimism, the recovery, the possibilities that could be.

i believe that only i can fulfill my dreams and that it is a combination of things in ones life to arrive at that point -- as far as organizations i have come to learn thru my own personal experience and others i have talked to-- that these groups of so called charity workers seem to be lead by the want of self power and total control -- and instead of bringing together a group of different minds and talents to nurishoush the idea -- they seem to want people that are easily manipulated by their own goals --- i have been in a greyhound rescue that i thought would help satisfy my dream of helping animals get to a better place -- i thought going in that all the people involved were so totally engrossed with the love of the animal that each hound was given the utmost attention and that all monies were spent on the dogs and that whoever volunteered was brought into the group with open arms for whatever time and talent they could give but it turned out to be a joke ---i learned that the dogs are picked over at the kennels meaning that the ones that needed out the worst were left behind and the bulk of the money went into making the group look good--instead of using most of it on medical care (and yes dog rescues get a huge reduction in the medical) and the people in the group that always said "yes" to the worst decisions that were made by the president or director, were the people to be put at the top of the list -- the ones who really cared and gave 100% were always left out or talked about behind their back --- there were supposed to be set rules to follow but only for the good ones of the group and therefore it seemed that the ones who did the worst job or the least job the rules did not apply so as to finish answering your question the organizations do not fulfill ones dream i believe that they give a person more backbone to carry on to get to ones dream

Thank you for asking this question, Dr Chopra.

Help fulfill one's life's dream? Dreams are so varied, there is no one right answer to this question.

As for a dream career, an organization can provide a panel of experts in all different fields to counsel a seeker who wants to know what steps to take in order to earn their dream career. An organization needs to be able to help not only college students, but as well. If a person is say 40, and wants to change his/her career but can't give up working to go to school full-time because s/he needs to support him/herself, then this person needs different advice than what a college student would need.

As far as other types of dreams, like say, attaining happiness and inner peace, an organization can first test and weed out any theories that do not offer help. For example: feng shui, cuddle parties, anger management as therapy for domestic abusers, all of these methods are bunk and don't help, so advising a person to seek out these so-called "therapies" is a waste of time for everyone (except for the people making money by providing such "services"). On the other hand, cognitive behavioral therapy has been proven to help people who are depressed, and gives an action-oriented plan to correct their maladaptive thought patterns. Therefore, if an organization can either supply a person with or refer a person to a competent cognitive behavioral therapist, then this would be really helpful in assisting them with attaining life's goals.

Again, this question has many right answers, so I hope I shed some light for at least one other person.

Namaste.

Organization is a very important thing that helps us in every step of our acievements. This is something that makes our everyday goals to make it much more easier and faster to do. To tell you the truth i am very disorganized person who is in high school. My room is a mess because it is surrounded by clothes which are clean and some are not. When I get up in the morning, I get so frustrated because I am waking up with clothes around me. Now I don't know which outfit to wear. Naturally it makes me look out of proportioned because I throw a sweat shirt and a sweat pant on me. This not only makes my room look bad but also have an effect on other things. I was looking bad and i was having low confidence and this envirnment didn't make me achieve anything. I was actually loosing more rather than gaining. So being organized might sound too hard but once you get the hang of it....things will just get better and it feels like there is a new life that is being borned.

By organization, I'm assuming you mean employer.

1. As an organization, ask the individual what it is that he/she wishes to accomplish.

2. Be open to hearing the answers and try to match opportunities to the individuals goals.

3. If an individual is not ready for the position that they want, help them map out a way to get ready for the position. This may include training or some smaller projects or positions that help to incrementally build this person to the right place.

The organization must have a track record of helping people accomplish their goals. Additionally, organizations must hire people in management positions that are interested in developing others and helping other's dreams come true. Strong individual performers that are self-promotion-oriented would not do well in such an organization. They would be road blocks to others accomplishing their goals.

In my opinion, an organization can indeed "help" and "inspire" one to fulfill life dreams.

Just as others have responded, I recognize that many life dreams fall into the arena of accomplishment, and an organization can provide opportunities and leadership role models which both assist in success and accomplishment.

The unfortunate reality, however, is that all organizations are simply collections of individuals; each with individual goals, abilities, and limitations. Even those viewed as leaders, or those placed in leadership roles, are constrained by their own limitations.

Lastly, organizations frequently take on objectives benefitting only a small portion of its constituency, and therefore limit the ability to inspire or aid in the pursuit of life dreams.

Only an ideal organization could accomplish a group objective while maintaining a benefit to the individual relative to their dreams. I know of no such organization, to date.

Deepak, thanks for your lovely books, they are very enlightening and helpful by the way. I think an organization can help people reach their true potential as it can help provide the support, guidance and encouragement that people often need to be reinforced so they can achieve lasting change. We are creatures of habit and adaptability so we tend to adapt to our enviroment and an organization that is congruent to helping the individual reach their potential would help focus that person toward their life goals. I think these organizations are very difficult to keep high-minded and pure throughout as they should be as power often tends to corrupt. Also there can become a sense of the individual losing their identity to become part of an organization or "belong" to a kind of society. I think that it would be difficult to achieve but plausible if the organization was run by a group of people where there was a democracy of sorts enforced and codes of ethics adhered to so the chance of the organization looking after its own goals more so then its members does not occur.

When in an organization ,one should find out the objectives of the organization.

Strive to own the objectives .When your objective matches with those of the organization, you start towards achieving it.

The way to achieve it becomes clear and in turn the organization recognizes you!

It creates opportunities for you and you get inspired .You start performing to your best potential and fulfill your dreams in the process!

I'll start by saying that, an organization can help fulfill my dream if its has all that i need to make my dream come true. The business of the organization, must be in line with my field of dicipline, that is, where i'am having intrest. The organization can inspire me to live up to my potential, when the management scheme is intact, that is, having the right people, technology, recources and the enviroment. it's becomes easire for me to unlish my potential for greatness.

I am a Certified Crane Operator , ( both Nationally certified and State Certified ) I have worked for various companies in the past 6 years.

1) RESPECT

The one thing I think jobs are lacking these days are RESPECT for their employers. They literally treat their employees like trash. The company officials curse, ( yes curse, I've heard it alot ) their employees and constantly remind them they can be replaced by a pull of the file cabinet.

2) HEALTH INSURANCE :

Another interesting fact is that not all companies provide Insurance coverage for their employees or the employees families. I know that I would have stayed with a few different companies, however, they never provided insurance for the employees.

3) RETIREMENT PLAN :

Some companies do not have a retirement plan. I would like to work for an organization that has a good stable retirement plan. Some organizations tell you to stick your own money in the bank and that is a good retirement plan.

4) MONEY :

Most are going to say : Money, which is true to an extent. I make very good wages and I can't complain about the money because I do mostly big jobs that are very well funded. The jobs last approximately 3 or 4 months and then the company leaves the state for another job.

5) JOB SECURITY :

Job Security is another issue : In today's society, the average person works at their place of employment for 2 years or less because of the high turnover system that most states support, which means, the state pays the companies X amount of dollars to " train " the employees to do that kind of work. When the company is done with them ( usually before the 90 day trial period ) the company lay's the employee off for a new face and more money from the state. If an employee could be certain that he/she would have work the next day, they would work harder and be more comfortable in the workplace.

6) LESS COMPETITION :

Their is so much competition in this world these days for just one job, the companies realize they can do whatever they want to these people ( including putting them in harms way ) because someone will do it to get a paycheck. I believe in adequate competition but not overbearing competition. Adequate competition only brings out the better in us. Overbearing competition brings on to much stress, hence not getting done what needs to be done.

7 ) COMMITMENT

If an organization was to show some commitment towards their employment, it would motivate the employee to become committed to the employer. Most companies refuse to commit to anything these days except for fulfilling their contracts. Most employees must fill out paperwork stating that you are an " at will " employee which means that the company can fire you at any time for any reason. That doesn't show commitment on behalf of the company, the second you walk through the door. They may as well hang a sign outside that says " Temporary Help Wanted ".

8) BETTER COMMUNICATION :

Better Communication : Do you realize that most companies communication policies doesn't work ? For example : (1a)The employer comes out of their offices, call a group of people over and show them blue prints of a task that needs done. Now these blue prints are made up by licensed engineers that attended college for 4 to 6 years, but yet they expect a new hire to be able to read and understand what they are explaining. ( 2a ) I need an experienced signal person in my line of work. The company sends me a guy that doesn't know hand signals to flag a crane. Those 2 examples are a lack of communication between the company and the employee.

* NOTE *

I do believe the employee has a right to give every job 100% of him/herself everyday. I believe there is a two way street with every organization and person. It is a game of give and take by BOTH parties.

IN CLOSING :

My father worked for a Union coal company most of his life. The company was greatful to have a hardworking person working for them. He was honest, faithful to both work and family, and was the most dependable person I can remember. When it was all said and done, the company declared bankruptcy, which knocked him out of MOST of his pension and all of his health insurance. As a strong man would, he survived...BUT, makes me wonder, Do we look out for these organizations OR do we look out for ourselves ?

Thank you for your question : I hope after reading this book I just wrote, you find my answer worthwhile in reading.

It really depends on the type of organization.

If the organization, as a group of individuals with common goals comes together for the intent of bettering a social cause, then it would fulfill my lifes dreams by providing support and encouragement for me as I pursue my goals.

If the organization, as group of individuals with a common goal comes together with the intent on bettering themselves (example Cults) then I can pretty much assure you that there is little chance for my life dreams to be anything more than getting the heck out of the cult.

An organization, dependant on it's honest intent, could better my life's dreams by providing moral support. The organization, if it was equipped financially, could provide monetary support (for example, I would like to be a missionary in Africa, I would not have a problem leaving my 'worldly' comforts behind and moving with my son to live in a remote village and teach English or something that is needed. If I were supported by an organization, it would be the organization that puts together the means (the location, the village that needs help, etc.) for me. Where would I get that information.. on the internet...no, because the village isn't equipped with hydro. LOL!! And the organization would use it's charity status to assist raising funds for the trip. THIS IS a life dream, to go to Africa. I have always had a desire to travel there. Someday, I will meet the right organization to help me fulfill MY life dream.

Thanks for asking.

I suppose in the beginning you may have a slight idea of what your "life dream" might be. Then you begin to see certain aspects of your life unfold before you. As you maneuver through your life you may feel the need to join a certain organization, something that appeals to your spirit. Some people say that once you realize your true "life dream", there's no stopping it! Doors open and close faster than you've ever imagined, situations appear, people want you to succeed.

As far as, "how can an organization inspire you to live up to your true potential"......by believing.

You are an inspiration to all, I have been reading your work since I was 17 (6 years).

I believe organizations of any kind can help depending on what it is that suits your needs. I do believe that alot of organizations are put together with not much research though and hire people without doing extensive background checks. There are several places that can help with different needs but might have shady people working for them. I guess thats anywhere you go though

I've always wanted to work in the visual or literary arts but growing up, I was discouraged from doing so. After years of trying what seemed like every job on the planet, I began to get a vision. Around the time I got this vision, I was contacted by a non-profit that placed people on jobs around the time of the 1992 riots. They were branching off into getting folks started with their own business. And classes were $0 - just a serious attitude was needed.

I got a couple of grants (the paperwork can be doo-do but worth it) yet the best part was the person who worked with me was -

1)Someone who only wanted to talk about getting my biz off the ground.

2) Was equally street-smart and intellectually sharp - and rarely tooted his own horn.

3) Didn't pressure me to do anything I did not want to do

Unfortunately, this did not last for long. My "business manager" was laid off from this non-profit after 2-3 years and the place switched gears again by helping people transition out of receiving welfare. He went to a similar place not too far away but all the classes cost (not like Learning Annex or other proprietary franchises) but left shortly afterward to go to law school. To this day, I have not found a person or place that has provided a similar service but am very grateful for the knowledge obtained and of course, the $$ to pursue my dream.

First: This sound like a MARKETING question, with all the respect for the source.

Second: the organization you ask about look like a religion sort of organization, or worst a sect, and that kind-of remind me of the 80s, when incertitude and discouragement help the proliferation of various "religious" sects, most of them made the promoter rich, other end-up in mass-suicide.

Now, one way to help our self, well maybe if we stop to been selfish, and seriously begin to mends all the bad things we (our politician with our consent) did around the world, so that we could live our dreams and true potentials, on other people skin.

Just a little of humility would not hurt for ones. And also isn’t what almost any religion and philosophy proclaim.

I think the two are tied together, for some individuals living up to true potential can be a life dream and you can word them vice versa a life dream can be living up to ones true potential.

To start out an organization can eliminate your constant search for food, shelter and reproductive services. Perhaps with job security, good medical coverage and an allowance for family life. Only after these three survival necessities are addressed most individuals can truly assess what a life dream and goal is because in my opinion the three survival necessities would significantly blur people's ability to distinguish a true life goal from survival necessities. If someone told me that their life goal was to win the lottery and have the biggest house on the block and have the most beautiful women at his pool party I would just assume this to be an exaggeration of his quest for his survival necessities and not a true life goal or an earnest quest to live up to true potential.

How sad to think Americans now need an organization to help them which seems to now include such a great majority of citizens and non citizens alike. It used to be a small majority that organizations of all sorts from local churches to large groups could help in a more personal way.

This question alone proves how our countries elected officials have squashed the American spirit over the years. Now, with the masses living in hopelessness we look to organizations that seem so out of reach for help. That is when these same people will expect a new government to take over that responsibility instead of of demanding our government officials to strip away the blockade they created for so many people.

Well, starting with how fulfilled I could feel about the work I'm doing with the organization. Then, the people that I meet through the organization could help me realize my life dreams or my fullest potential.

I think we all seek desperately to find a job or group or organization that will fulfill this for us.

If you own the organization, if you sell the organization, if you enjoy working in the organization, but in truth only you can answer this question, there are too many variables for anyone else to give a legit answer. Like what you're about, what the organization is about, your interests, locations, how much potential, capabilities, goals... This is question a criminal may ask, aka al Qaeda, or other people who can't think on their own.

Only if it were a self-help organisation - I wouldn't think any thing with a power imbalance could help me realise my dreams. What I want most of all is to be current with processing myself the relationships that I find myself in.

I have enough inspiration - what I want most is the insights from fellow travellers for the long haul; without status issues twisting and disguising the real learning.

I think it is easy to inspire others - people on the whole seem to welcome leaders but then knock them off the pedestal they themselves elevated them to and choose another victim.

I think it is not so easy to work alongside equally and carry on when times are bleak.

I have an informal disorganised network of people who are striving to be real and we give and take what we need and count it all as equal.

I have a partner who wants the same thing and we do our work together.

Formal organisations create inequalities and rules and so are not as creative and at the cutting edge.

I am not sure that I would like my inspiration to come from without myself when I get to lose the plot for what to do next I wait till I find something that moves me - it has never been an organisation.

Oh No I won't go!

I've been that way before and it just won't do.

Got to go where my own feet lead me

You know we don't wear the same size shoes

And I 'm not about to get myself confused with you.

My life dreams and true potential must be measured in the physical and materiaistic world as well as the spiritual. The intent of the question relates to the pragmatic, materialistic while the "Spiritual", to me, is of ultimate importance. The organization for the latter is the structured and devout Roman Catholic Church.

In my professional career, I have been associated with many types of organizations. Not finding one to help me to live up to my true potential, I am not qualified to proceed further. I cannot imagine an inspirational organization.

An organization can't really inspire me, but it can help me to live my dreams. On more than one occasion, myself or my husband has acquired a job which we thought would lead to at least partial fulfillment of our career dreams (the job description fit, it seemed to match our education and our goals, initial interactions with the rest of the staff were positive), only to have our illusions (for that's what they almost always are) come crashing down around us when it turns into 'just another job' - ruled by 'the bottom line' and the pocketbooks of the executives. It is very rarely about the employees, but almost always about 1) serving the customer to an almost irrational degree - I'm all about customer service, but fawning and serving the customer's every whim, to the detriment of the employees, no or 2) making more money for the company and the high-ups. I'm very sorry to say that is the way it is almost everywhere in the United States right now and neither of us have yet to find an organization that would simply let us do the job for which they hired us, support us, and nurture us, which in turn would allow us to serve the customers, the company, and ourselves. In my lifetime I have only heard of one or two companies, from personal conversation with someone working there, who actually seem to get it right and provide professional service at the same time as providing a pleasant and motivating work place for their staff.

Pay for the employees college and accommodate them to succeed...Show the employee when and how pay raises are achieved and or earned....

Show the employee what other job opportunities are available that could be a STEP up from where the employee is and the steps and ways to make the opportunity of attaining that upgraded job a reality...

Like the Army when Person comes into the organization you make them feel as important and valuable as the boss and people who run the organization!!!!!

Also teaching healthy classes in "Office Boundaries "that the ones on the top live by and follow not just teach....better known as "Leading By Example"

my life dreams are being fulfilled by myself. organizations can only help if their agendas are to help the people for the people by the people. If a person has a dream to become a sole owner of a company and lack the funds to begin this, an agency could sponser this person with money to begin, then over time pay back the amount with little interest. The organization can help by assisting with emotional hurdles that develop when change begins, setting up mentors, peers etc...coaching techniques, building self-esteem

Hopefully the organization has people who are strong in areas where I am weak. Also hopefully I bring enough to the table to inspire others on the team.

I have an idea to benefit others. It deals with the obesity crisis we are currently faced with. My problem is not knowing how to move forward with it. If I was surrounded by others who shared the vision I could communicate my Ideas to them and together we could come up with a plan of action.

It is not enough to wish for your dreams to be fulfilled. I have dreamed for many years. In order to succeed I have chosen to attend college at age 36 in order to try to learn ways to better myself and to be better prepared to live to my potential. As my mom would say better late than never.

I have long believed that there is a purpose for everyone to be here. I wasted to much time waiting for destiny to find me. Now I realize that I should have been seeking my destiny instead. I wish to make up for lost time by helping as many people as I can. If I had an organization behind me it would help me to do this. It would also give me a better chance of succeeding.

An organization cannot help you fulfill your life dreams. You ultimately need to be true to yourself by setting your personal goals and sticking to your true dreams. Once you have done that, then you CAN utilize the resources in an organization to help you in achieiving your goals. If there are distractions or areas that deter you from fulfilling your dreams, then you need to perform a "gut check" on what's important most to you: the organization or fulfilling your dreams. I hope this makes sense.

Connecting with the values, mission statement, and culture of an organization can drive positive energy throughout many avenues of your life. Most working professionals devote a lot of time to their careers, and having emotional fulfillment in the workplace allows you to grow as a person and as a professional. The commitment to a job or career often finds its way into home life, so negatives at work usually translate into negatives at home. Positive environments both at home and work can only lead to good things.

This varies with each individuals personality, as some might find the work hard play harder attitude of edgy companies like Electronic Arts a perfect fit for them; although others might find comfort in the stringent dress code and hierarchical awareness of Safeway Inc.

Finding an organization that recognizes and supports who you are can drive you to success and your true potential in both work and life.

If an organization has a good foundation, a good purpose and a sound reason for organizing, then it can become a support group for whatever it is that I seek to do within that group. For example, if I am looking for a volunteer opportunity, and I go to the local radio reading service for the blind, (CKRE or Central Ky. Radio Eye), they can schedule me to read the news on the radio according to my schedule. I can meet other people who are like-minded and utilize that support system to help me do even more for Radio Eye. The year-round attendance by all the other volunteers will keep the service going, so that even more people can help as well as be helped.

My life dream is to live each day as if it were my last, so a good volunteer-based organization such as Radio Eye can help me fulfill my dream of making my life count for something other than selfish intentions.

An organization is nothing more than the sum of it's individuals with a pyramid heirachy of power. It about control, power and profits. If anyone's dream is to be a slave to the company, he's a fool but he will be satisfied. Each strives for their own self interest and the dream of the CEO cannot be the same as the receptionist. The organization is a means to an end in a capitalist society and should never be treated as an end in itself. It inspires nothing in me but cynicism and a deep mistrust of society. One's true potential is a free mind and body, not the annual profit chart.

It depends on what motivates the person: fame, fortune, enlightenment, invention or a worthy cause. One has to believe in the organization and its product or services and share some similar goals. Organizations that relate to a workers' needs individually are ahead of the pack.

Personally, I don't find organizations truly carry this capacity in strong measure, though money is a motivator for most people. If it is lacking, practically speaking, it is difficult to achieve a life dream even if it is charitable.

As a self-employed writer I'm living my dream, sans wealth presently. Reflecting back on conventional work, little has helped with the essentials: self-motivation, self-discipline, self-awareness, continual self-improvement, and a strong desire to help others succeed rather than fail.

Of course if you love what you do then you will always be motivated to excel and suceed. I also think it helps if you work in a place that makes you feel like you and the things you do are important. If you feel like a respected, accomplished individual rather than a robot or just another warm body then you are more productive and become more valuable to the organization. In turn, you may be rewarded for your efforts which will motivate you to become even more productive and I think more rewards and benefits have a great deal to do with how hard a person will work or how far they will go to reach goals and max out their potential.

Normally we tend to assume that if an organization, that is in general sense the company for which we are working gives us a fat pay package, we are happy. But is it so. Just ask the CEO's and managers round the world and they will say that they have the worst personal life. They have the money to go on a holiday to Switzerland but they don't have the time. Is this what we mean by happiness and fulfilling our dreams.

I guess happiness needs to be broadly defined before considering the role of organization in our life..

the only thing that will help me is me in fulfilling a dream and if it's a dream in most cases dreams are goals that can't be reached even with help from others and would you want the help should you take it is the true Question if you can't do it your self you didn't make the dream come your help did so it's not your dream your born alone you die alone there is no other power your here and when your gone its all over if your dead who cares what happens here or any were for that case we aren't part of some great big power your who you are try to be good and honest and true be good to others love the ones you love and have fun remember don't sweat the little things , and all things are little things , be good love is the true measure of your time on earth the love you give and receive

A church is an organization, and there are many para-church ministries around that give opportunities to interact with people, helping them in all sorts of ways toward their true potential.

Some women's life dreams can be as simple as rocking babies on Sunday mornings.

Others are inspired through preaching and studies in their church to reach and attain their potential, in service for God's work.

Many travel around the world, taking the messages and love of Jesus (like Mother Teresa) to people in real need. Medical and dental services, hospitals are also funded and sent through church organizations, whether within our own communities or to the other side of the world.

Classes in the churches meet the needs of parents, teaching parenting classes -- which in turn aide both parent and child in learning to live in a harmonious family, and to stay on the good side of the law.

Classes for children can inspire a child to please God with how they live - honoring others in their life and treating them well, in love.

Christian Colleges inspire and prepare young people for productive and giving adulthoods.

I haven't really seen an organization that inspired me really. except for maybe Alliance for a New Humanity. But not so much.

I don't really need an organization to fulfill my life dreams. I can fulfill them by myself with positive thoughts and the belief that my life can be anything I want it to be.

Why are so many people spelling organization with an "s" instead of a "z"? Maybe the organization that inspires you to live to your full potential is SCHOOL.
2008-02-19 10:43:25 UTC
In my experience. . .it can't. The problem encountered by an organization, even one with the best intentions, is that it's primary concern must invariably become the preservation of said organization. When this occurs their is a shift of purpose away from the founding principle (say aiding in enlightenment, feeding the poor, etc) towards a maintenance of the status quo. The new idea becomes tradition, becomes the institution, becomes decrepit. Obvious examples of this in history include most governments and churches ( no need to single anyone out, you know who you are out there).

Now can an organization overcome this? I don't know. It would require a fluidity in it's structure and doctrine that mirrors the organism it's trying to help in the first place. As seen in many attempts at making the world a better place good intentions and expectations aren't worth a whole lot. To truly assist an individual or society in fulfilling its dreams and potential, a paradigm shift would have to occur in the construction of the organization and it's members away from thoughts of self preservation and towards others.

Of course if we all thought like this we'd be living our dreams and the question would be moot.

An organization can help you fulfill your dreams by having everything you require to achieve your personal goal. Working for the perfect company which is hard to come by, If you found that company give it your best shot, while the getting is good. Make sure you don't stray away from your personal goals. Keep your eye on the big apple.

The best way for any compnay to keep any person happy/ fulfill their life dreams while not consorting to any one individuals wishes is to give incentives.

Incentives, by my definition, have multiple meanings. To some people who are satisfied with working 9-5, day in and day out on the same task, the incentive could be monetary or even a little change in pace and style of work.

But for people like me, who are happy digging for whatever information they can on the subject of interest, in other words, research, the incentive could simply mean greater freedom of expression, freedom to explore and freedom from politics, while of course being paid enough for the long hours that research demands.

So I'd say break up the worker ants and the soldier ants. let one's work contribute to and complete the other's while keeping them seperate but in the same environment. This will invoke competition and gives a purpose to the job, thus inspiring a healthy apetite to live up to out true potential.

No Organization can help you fulfill your life dreams. This is something you must do yourself.

You can be happy, energetic, complimentary, do your job correctly and ask if there is a higher position you maybe qualified for, or tell them the position you want. Look for a job opening in your organization, or you can:

be unhappy, grumpy, an attitude that says I'm the best, be complacent with the job your are in, not wanting to be promoted. Not doing your job well and not asking for a pomotion.

The Bible say "ask and you shall receive". It's for sure you are not going to get promoted if you don't ask for it. And when you ask for it, don't be timmid and shy. Shake the man's hand and get down to business. Tell him that you have notice there is or might be a position opened soon and I want the Job. Remember if you don't ask for it , you won't get it.

Gool Luck!!!

You can pray about it which is you free will and your choice.

simple, by living up to theirs and sharing that dream honestly and openly.

people, myself included, have a hard time being inspired by orgs. that seem to affect only a select few and only on a secular level. inspiration comes from the inside out, change and fulfillment share that quality. also, ego must leave the equation. ego, makes the org. believe that after they have rendered a service, the job is done. we all know that follow through and continued compassion remains the foundation to true and unlimited inspiration and awesome change. when an organization works towards feeding ALL souls and not egos, private agendas, and/or the particular few, they will be the jaw-dropping, awe inspiring organization we all so desperately dream of. when we can be inspired, we can be inspirational. lives will be touched and changed through the power of unconditionality. same as people, cyclic existence will cease in organizations when the org. is brave enough to love without fear of not being loved.

in essence, an organization needs to let go of self and embrace diversity to reflect any and all of those who look to be truly inspired. one must see themselves in the cause, yet know that they are also part of the effect.

A life dream could be fulfilled if the sense of mutual need constantly prevails. However, be sure the fulfillment of a dream is not accomplished through manipulating others ignorance, anxiety, and fear with the tactics of administrative, political, or occupational power and the disguise of various forms of deception under hidden agenda. In short, the sense of mutual need is essential because it is the driving force of an act and an act is merely a vehicle to bring in something spiritually and physically to comfort a person at a time and a location and under a situation.

Todays' organizations, as all organizations in history have been, are an invention of man. Founded by man, for man. Those part of the organization are a driving force that allows them to accomplish their goals and to be faster and more efficient than any individual. While each and every individual person has potential to accomplish something, most of the time, it never comes out. Why? Quoting Princess Diana,

“Everyone needs to be valued. Everyone has the potential to give something back.”

Because when working alone, each person feels as though they are not valued by anyone so there is no motivation for the individual person to reveal their true potential and to reach their goal. However the internal objective of an organization is to motivate each and every person within it to work efficiently thus encouraging them and allowing competition so that each person is inclined to bring out things they never knew they possessed in order to accomplish the organization's goal, which in effect, is the goal of every single person within it. In organizations, people can build themselves up and others by being subjected to other's advice while being critics to others themselves, whereas the typical individual person has no competition against anyone and works at their own pace which eliminates the efficiency the organization expects of each worker. However by gaining experience working alongside people invokes ideas and hidden talents within each person so they would have a better chance of succeeding and fulfilling their goals rather than starting out alone.

There are some organizations that I like, but my life dreams are not so grand that an organization needs to form for my purposes. If there were an organization to help me, then that organization should adhere strictly to a mission of helping the greater good (even at the personal expense of said organization).

I would like to see an organization that existed for the sake of setting examples of speaking the truth, non-materialism, and offer free, practical workshops on letting go of things that do not matter.

The answer to "how" really depends on what kinds of dreams and what kinds of organizations you are referring to.

In either case, it is often difficult for us to achieve a lot of things as individuals. Some other entity such as an organization that shares those values can lend a platform.

We live in this society and we cannot survive, let alone fulfill our dreams, without the help of it and that's where the organization's contribution plays an instrumental role.

I have always had a soft spot for those world vision commercials and ads in the mail and I can't image what I would do if I had the chance to travel to another country and help out and hug the children.

There is an organization called "sharing hope" that operates at a local church here called "Brethen and Christ Chruch" and you can sign up or participate in missionary trips that travel to countries and offer prayer and support all the children and families. living in poverty.

This organization will help me fulfill my dreams of travelling and and helping any way I can to any child I can.

Perhaps an organization doesn't help to fulfill my dreams exactly as they are. But it is known we not always know what is more convenient for us. However, in an organization you can meet people with similar purposes to yours, and you can find your philosophy of life ... It is like finding your own spiritual family and it fulfills not your dreams, but your heart. However, in part, it fulfill your dreams.

to live up to my true potential?. The organization must have my own purposes or similar, my own similar point of view about life, and for me freedom is very important. A kind of organization that gives freedom to their members, freedom of though and so on, although certain rules and regulations must be written and kept. For what I know there is one spiritual organization with these kind of balance between freedom, democracy and regulations. T.S. May be there is more than one.

The organization have to keep alive, not falling in inertia or keeping old structures, by having an open mind.

In fact, we are in a spiritual journey throughout our lives. As our life is full of cares & anxieties, we feel comfortable to dream which never weeps out. So an individual may feel an organization can help to fulfill one's life's dreams. Actually, this theme is not absolutely true for all individuals. Hope, from now on you can think life's fulfillment differently. Good luck!

I hate to say it, but really I could realize my potential very well if I had enough money. Instead of spending my time, energy and money to keep a roof over my head and food on the table, if those things and basic necessities were provided by an organization, I could give all my efforts to helping those in need, doing healing work, writing, praising the Divine, singing, living green, helping my daughter realize her organic farm, and many other endeavors that are the real Me, not the everyday self.

I'm not sure if this is a good example or not:

I am a recent college graduate. I attended a large university and majored in business management. My mother told me to major in business if I did not realize what I wanted to "be when I grew up" before my 4 years of college were up. So, I did exactly that. However, after graduation I had that "epiphany" moment. I realized I wanted to go into public health, epidemiology to be exact. However, the field truly calls for a Master's in Public Health and it is difficult to get into MPH school without some public health experience. Additionally, it is hard to even get a job in public health without an MPH... it's a vicious cycle, you see. BUT, I found hope- the United States Air Force has a Public Health Apprentice enlisted active duty program. Joining the Air Force will not only afford me a plethora of knowledge and experience, but will also help pay for my master's degree (I aspire to attend University of Miami's MPH program). Additionally, being an airman will help me build great connections and life-long friendships. I will be able to travel the world and live in many different countries that I could never afford as a civilian. Air Force public health apprentices also do work in third world countries (I would love to do some work in various parts of Africa). For me, it's a win-win situation. And hopefully one day I will be able to pay it forward by changing someone's life through my work in public health.

I guess that's a very specific way of answering your question. I wasn't sure if you meant personally or in general, but that is my own true story!

I can see an organization could help inspire you to fulfill your life dream. If you belonged to a travel organization and your true dream in life is to travel you have others who have traveled who could give her feedback on how hard or easy it is to travel, where to stay away from and where to frequent. As far as helping to live up to your true potential, all I can think of is by challenging you, everyone grows from challenge.

Generally no organisation (a big word!) can try and get to know about your dreams including what you said as life dream! (What is this?). The things that are really possible and achievable do not come in dreams, at least to me! Impossible things become possible only in dreams! Many a times we call the impossible things, if planned to be achieved, as PIPE dream!

Away from all dreaming, down to earth,

I join an organization, to improve myself only,

though my job would also contribute to the company's improvement, a little!

The second part of your Q says two things in one

line!

They are:

I have potential (what is this? - Skill?

talent? Knowledge?) and I also have a true potential (What is this? - True skill? True talent? True knowledge? - I am confused!)

Live up to my true potential means what? - To work to my level best, I think, right?

How an organization can inspire me to this?

Why did you choose the word inspire? Generally the organization has to find out my potential and has to impart training to develop my skill and the

knowledge to do my work efficiently! (In your word, to my true potential!)

Positively, there can be no inspiration techniques of a company could exist or can be made (organisation) that would make me to develop my skill on job to use to the best of my talent and knowledge! (in your words, to live up to my true potential)!

There are two factors involved in it. First one and more important is the Self. And the second one is the Organization. There has to be harmony in both and both will have to function at the same wave length. A miss match will be suicidal to both. One can not apportion blame in any of the factors if they are not meeting each others requirements. We will have to discuss both of them separately, albeit in brief.

Self------. The self knows himself, his true potential and his dream / life's goal. There should be no doubt in his mind and he has to be truly focused with body , mind and soul. When he is in this state he knows which organization is fit enough to give him an opportunity to fulfill his dreams.

Organization-----. The organization has the responsibility to select appropriate persons for their outfit who have something in them. Their traits , capabilities. The organization provides enough elbow space and work related opportunities to the individual.

Both have some thing in common. Maximum resonance is achieved on their acceleration and that becomes one force which can penetrate into space breaking the gravitational force (say any type of obstacles) and reach the zenith of their single goal

If I get paid good i will always try to give my 100% and I will be able to fulfill my dreams with that.

But some my dreams like building an artificially intelligent Operating System and and A.I. robots are some of my dreams that i am crazy for (more than money) I may not be able to fulfill other dreams (related to money) but I think I will work for that A.I (If i got chance(even without getting paid too (may be)))

Second, I should love my organization and i can love it if and only if i am free to try new stuffs according to my plan. I am a computer science student and i would never be able to give 100% if i am not free to try some my idea.

They educate as to how every action has a reaction, positive and negative that spreads like the ripples in the pond and affects everyone on earth for eternity. Coaching is an ongoing professional relationship that helps people produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, businesses or organizations. Through the process of coaching, clients deepen their learning, improve their performance, and enhance their quality of life. In each meeting or call, the Coach listens and contributes observations and questions. This interaction creates clarity and moves the distributor into action. Why Coaching is Important

In a day and age when we have become so reactive and response to the daily needs of life, coaching is the opportunity to break free. In a coaching relationship you are in the seat of power and control and can proactively direct your life in the direction you want to go. In any area, career, relationship, health, community, when you are being coached you are asked two very important questions. First, what do you want? Second, what are you willing to do about it? These questions are potent and confronting, but the whole idea behind coaching is that you are hiring someone to supportively hold you accountable for getting what you want. You determine what that is.

If your dream is to write more books than anyone else, and you believe you have the potential to do so, an organization like Yahoo provides you with access to its Yahoo Answers membership, and that allows you to ask questions. The chances that any of the answers you receive will be of any value to you with a book you might currently be writing are slim I think, but hey, you never know. This could be just the ticket. well, you have two separate questions

My definition of, dreams: Goals without a deadline

Once you set a deadline, then

#1: An organization can help by "sponsoring" your goal.

#2: not sure because about an "Organization". One must find their "true potential" from within, their "inspiration" must come from a "Higher Power", and the definition of that must be personal, in order for it to be true.

Even if your "Higher Power" be self confidence, you must be able to hold that which inspires above reproach.

Most Organizations, seem more interested in "helping themselves" anyway, like to the cash flow.

So tell me, what is the percentage of money that is donated to charity, that actually makes it to the "cause", for example: United Way? I hear it is 1%! One penny per dollar actually makes it to the "cause".

Now, are YOU going to tell me that the CEO, CFO, etc., drive hooptey cars and wear suits from the thrift shop, and ... WORK FOR MINIMUM WAGE, in order for the needed person to get a MAXIMUM amount?

To surmise, One either makes dust, or eats dust.

An organization can help you fulfill your life dreams by letting you go after your dreams with achievement, growing as a person, climbing the ladder of progress - which enriches your life in every way. The enrichment might include financial prosperty, the respect you earn for yourself as a person and employee, and an enjoyment in doing your daily job.

A person is inspired by good things that happen to them.

If an organization is robust, honest & shows positive signs of growth for the person -- and believes in you as a person, and as an employee - and allows dreams to come tru.. -plus, gives you the tools to prove to you that growth within their corporation is true & can sincerely happen ... then a person can be truly inspired.

1. I see the organization as an ocean of energy that surrounds me.

2. I am part of the collective consciousness of the organization.

3. Through daily meditation - practicing silence for a few minutes - I use this vast potential of energy around me to materialize what I wish.

4. I get a wonderful opportunity everyday to express my gratitude to life by interacting with people around me in positive ways. I see opportunities for growth in every communication within the organization.

5. I am open to miracles, in the form of growth, promotions, better opportunities. Each mind in the organization at a sub-conscious level is working in my favour, and is connected when I am meditating.

I think in any organization, be it a work place or a school the following certain conditions help an individual to perform his/her best :

A healthy atmosphere where people respect each other . Anything, be it pointing out mistakes or praising one's effort is done in a balanced ,methodical way without hurting anyone's self esteem or making one over-confident respectively.

Incentives always work, be it a certificate or small prize in school or a pay raise or promotion in a workplace.

Team work and co-operation among students and teachers or employees and employers.

Last but not the least (as far as I can think ) a quest for knowledge , a drive or interest towards work . An inclination that I have to give my best .

I believe an organization can help fulfill your dreams by recognizing your assets and building on them and by helping you recognize your weaknesses and helping you overcome them. An organization that gives feedback in the manner of a Toastmasters evaluation, also known as the sandwich or Oreo method, a positive, a way to improve, a positive. An organization that rewards good work ethics and if unable to improve negative work ethics in some people, will move to eliminate them from the workforce.

That is impossible to expect that anything outside out of a supernatural or divine intervention can fulfill a dream.

An organization constitutes some sort of a collective bargaining chip whether that be monetary or through political means but utilized to whose benefit? Not very likely the individual will feed out the fruit of that tree. Look at the substance of dreams and once you understand that from whence it originates, there will also be the answer to all things.

My life's dreams are only lacking in money... I think any organization would help me by providing funding and a job I could do with all my heart, instead of doing things I don't like to do, just to put bread on the table...

How can they inspire me, ....? well, I'm sorry to say it is truly as simple as having no worries left on the household part... if that is provided for, then my time is theirs, and my inspiration as well.... but, seeing as many organizations and companies prefer paying as little as possible... I think that is what is causing the feeling of complete non-inspiration, of complete non-belief in ever reaching my dreams, ( and perhaps the companies too) just because I keep putting bread on the table...... instead of dreaming and being inspired so to speak. ;-)

personally I have been part of an organization of healers, clairvoyants, psychics that use there abilities in a structured way to help themselves and others to heal on an emotional level but most of all on a spiritual level our society doesn't acknowledge the need for inter-grating the spiritual self in every thing that we do including making a living. In my life this has made all the difference the organization was help full in regards that they helped me stay true to my self spiritually. With all the craziness that life brings, being spiritually disciplined made my whole life transform in a blink of an eye I am very grateful for my training and the great souls that I meet at Berkley psychic institute I feel that one should always hold there own council. And depending on the organization one should always think for them self and share these thoughts with other because everyone has something to contribute to this world.

The greatest hinderance of all achievement is within oneself. An organization that could help the most amount of people fulfill their dreams is to work on the psychology of winning. We are not taught in general to have confidence in ourselves, how to handle setbacks, how to take constructive steps forward, where to find answers, how to tune out negitive thinking dream stealers and most important why is mentorship so important and where do we get it.

Create an organization that addresses these issues and you have a powerhouse to offer.

An organization can only inspire/assist in fulfilling one's life dreams if its mission statement pertains directly to one of the two following scenarios;

1) The person's goal in life or their dreams are directly fulfilled by the work of the organization, in a way that they are the "target" for the organization's assistance. For example, a charity or scholarship fund might exist in order to help persons meeting a certain criteria. If a person was to meet those criteria, and receive assistance in achiving their goals, say an education or a career, then we have described the first scenario of the two that I mentioned exist.

2) The second scenario for which an organization can help people lead fulfilling lives, or work to see peopples dreams fulfilled is essentially the scenario where an individual is on the other side of the organization's fence, so to speak, from the first scenario. One in which they are not being helped outright as a charity case or winner of a scholarship, but rather as a member of an organization in which they feel the work they are doing is very important. If there is a cause towards which you feel very strongly and feel you don't have the resources or time or wherewithal to do something on your own, an organization with common goals as oneself is the opportune place to apply what you can.... Whether it be time or financial resources or your expertise in a subject or skill, often you find that though you may not be able to make a difference for the cause on your own, if you synergize your contributions with all the others' with a same or similar end result in mind, the power of many can achieve great things.

Two great challenges that are both causes for which I carry the banner are homelessness, and while a bit more unconventional, just as important to me is getting the scientific and medical communities to recognize the power of entheogenic drugs in modern medicine. To understand more about this cause I would encourage anybody reading this to check out www.maps.org to understand fully the cause I describe.

I mention this specifically because MAPS, (Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies) and I both share a nearly identical set of aspirations for the human race and the direction the world is headed in general. Ours is a cause I feel so strongly about, I cannot impart the feeling of satisfaction I get in helping them in every way I can. Though it may be a small percentage of my time and financial intake that I can share and utilize, through them, towards the goal of medical acceptance of class of drugs that is generally scorned by the medical/psychological community, that asmall amount of time and money that I am able to help with is a major piece of what I do in my life that helps me wake up every day with a sense of fulfillment that we are making progress, and that I am helping with the achivements that are being made.

An organisation which shares your hopes and dreams can be a catalyst for the fulfillment of yours by allowing you to participate with them, for the greater good, in your similar goals.

I hope you can agree!

An organization can provide a focus for "organizing". This can apply to the self as much as to the business providing the framework. I have always chosen to work for organizations (not-for-profits) over companies because I have sought to align and grow my personal vision with that of the organization. As a result I have worked in hospitals, and education "orgs".

I have learned that organizational identity exists, just like personal identity and I believe that we can create and grow these through our thoughts, words and actions. Why not grow these together and do something worthwhile?

An organization can help me fulfill my dreams in my life with employment opportunities that are challenging in a way for growth within the company its self for a long term relationship between me and that organization's. . Also by providing incentives for job performance . a huge key would be communications between the company and the workers and or volunteered. great benefit's and promotions that allow that longterm relationship.

Goal setting is a critical element in maintaining a fruitful and positive life. Organization enables deviation from a set goal to be more obvious therefore allowing us to get back on track.

We can try to achieve our goals by trail and error or we can put to use the wisdom of others with exerience. The right peer group can save much wasted time and effort but first we must decide to become pure at heart and make our intentions honorable.

All organisations are created by an individual or group of individuals with a motto.

Any individual born in this world surely at one time or other has a definite purpose "Realising the Self". Without self realisation a soul's life never completes. This paripoorna Gnana is the final gateway with the guidence of the Right Guru. Simply it is a never ending jouney until the soul reaches its starting place "The lotus feet of Lord Siva".

An organisation can help in ways of giving the "Knowledge" of YOGA,Scriptures, and Guidence step by step until the man/woman reaches the final stage. It is beyond logic and infinite in nature. For all it is possible. It is Science. yeah! pure science and 0% superstition. It is experiencing........and nothing short of experiencing by ones own self.

First by discovering what the potential of the person is. Asking what their dream for this reality is. If none, helping them discover their gifts and perhaps giving them some direction and guidance to use their gifts in service to others and in so doing serving themselves. Many people do not know what their dreams are because they are living in the illusion of life's trappings and temptations of the ego. They ask what is my purpose in life.

I think realization that there is something more is the first step.

They must first be taught what a dream is and then what their purpose may be in life. What gifts they have brought and then how best to put them into use.

An Organization provides you the resources.

The Desk?

The Assignments?

The Jobs?

The Lottery Ticket, etc etc etc.

It can provide you with all the resources in the world only if you would prove yourself worthy to them.

But if you really wish to fulfill your life's dreams, then you would have to motivate yourself and move beyond your means [because you are still not living within your dreams, so your means isnt enough, yet].

Pursue the high roads and use your resources that the organization provides to achieve what you really want.

I dreamed to be a good Buddhist. So there are various Buddhist organizations out there that helping me fulfill may life dreams.

Most of all, it is myself. The organization could do so much but I also need to inspire myself on a daily basis to keep staying on the path to self-realization.

Thank you for asking.

Organizations are good and well but, I believe it's up to the person to fulfill their dreams. Too many people look for free hand outs. An organization can mostly help by informing. Education is always a good start.

I'm hoping that an organization or charity will hire me the write business correspondence for them while I get my writing career off the ground. I would hope that I'd be able to write a novel or get a collection of short stories published as a fundraising project. That would be an awesome idea.

I also have other cool ideas for fundraising projects, such as persuading a volunteering mall to let fundraising workers take over certain stores for one day. We would have the "cashier" employees take the day off, and supply jars for this project in lieu of a cash register. Any money that we make in that day would go directly to that organization.

The answer lies in the question itself.

When one has life dreams, every step he takes in his life takes him either closer to his life dream or farther away from it. The success lies in identifying whether he is moving closer or away from the goal.

Like they say, the end justifies the means. Like a variety of tools (means) available, an organization is just one of the tools which an individual can leverage to overcome his limitations using group synergy.

Just as a life dream can be positive or negative, the individual chooses an organization - good or bad - ethical or unethical - which will ultimately help him to actualize his dream - the sooner the better.

As long as the group synergy helps him to get closer to his dream, the individual sticks on to the organization. When it becomes a distraction, or when it doesnt take him to where he wants to go, he leaves the organization in search of a better one.

Comming to the second question, it is not that an organization that inspires you to live up to your true potential. Once you have identified your dream either consciously or sub-consciously, you will find yourself being associated with like minded organizations - birds of a feather flock together!

It would depend on the organization. If it was a church they could provide spiritual guidance and support. A professional organization could provide contacts in your field of business that provide income and professional success. A charitable organization could provide you with an outlet for your generosity and good will toward others. Any organization could inspire one to live up to your true potential if it is giving you the help to find out and fulfill your dreams!!

Organizations that are successful five you something to reach up to allow you to set a realistic goal. Because if that guy/girl can do it so can I. That is what people have to say in there head and then go out there and take action to achieve your goal. Nothing happens just sitting around doing nothing. That is how an organization inspires me to become successful.

By the way my Mom and I love the stuff you do keep it up!!

The organization is within your self. Once you know what you want to do then you want to look into a program or an institution to get you there. You, are the tool to begin the fulfillment your life is calling for.

An organization can help me fulfill my life dreams if it aims not only to reach the common goal for the success of the undertaking but as well as aiming for interpersonal connection which motivates people by reaching the psycho-emotional and the transcendental self of each individual.

Hmmmm.........2 questions rolled into one, but I'll take a shot @ an honest answer, Doc.

At the present I am a member of only one nationally recognized organization, the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 6448, Dyer, In., and am in the process of joining the Turner's Tanker's. org, (a conglomeration of men who have over the years, served as the only American Armor (F Co. 40th Armor "Patton", Berlin Brigade,) unit to have served 110 mi. from freedom, behind the Iron Curtain of the Cold War).

As a life member of the VFW, I am currently semi-active as I have no desire to seek any office, or other elected position, when our Post is running so smoothly with the current Commander @ the helm of an outstanding group of individuals. When I was Commander, you almost had to beg membership to show up for meetings (it had been that way for several years), and that is a very hard situation to overcome. I used my position to attempt to exploit the VFW in a positive light, and get people in the community to know who we were, and what we were about. I worked and cooperated with the town of Dyer, to reinstate the annual 4th of July parade(Now known as the annual Freedom Festival).

I also had a great time organizing and co-ordinating a visit from US House of Representatives Pete Visclosky, where he issued 4 medals to an Eastern Airlines pilot, who flew 747's loaded with our troops and supplies during the entire course of the 1st Gulf War. I was lucky to have obtained coverage of this event by ABC (Chicago) News, on Veteran's Day in 1993 when I was Post Chaplain (the year following my stint as Commander).

As a veteran, I am proud to have served my nation, and feel that if we ever were actually attacked in this land of ours, that these same men who have already answered the call of duty, would, without a doubt, answer the call for freedom without a moment of hesitation, or shed a tear in the process.

What is my true potential? I'll leave that up to the historian's, but I believe that I've had a fairly good shot @ being inspired.

I for one would not like that organization because I am living beyond my potential. I saw what my potential was because I looked not because of any organization. Once I reached my potential I wanted more "too much is never enough" so now I live the life that I don't deserve and revel in too much joy.

By the way Thanks for the signed book. "The seven spiritual laws of success" You rock. I look forward to seeing you again.

there is an organization called Babaji by those humans such as Paramahansa Yogananda etc. etc.

the problem here in claiming to be of this organization is the people who are truly of it actually save the culture they live inside of.

what's even worse is NOBODY wants to change or improve their governments.. God forbid they alter or even speak of global co-operation on any one level or front.. let alone they begin to assume to know more about Christ than the next human being and it just cascades further down like a ball of hot oil being shoved down their throats and they further more call that spiritual coalescence.

The real challenge for any one human being is in not idea-ing something. Ideas are so much apart of the human experience that to not have one is just not going to happen, and yet these people call it "insta-thinking" or "Christ outsourcing" or "talent"...

When God built the universe there was seeded a system for making it impossible not to have a savior in any one person's life and the moment you pretend to able to take that for granted is the moment you forget how to at least have an idea of anything which is the same as being so immersed in either greed or lust or wrath that you actually MANUFACTURE sins to label for other people which is even worse than just admitting that those 3 are indeed the only sins and OF COURSE they are built into the government of just the LAWS OF NATURE.

Special Chosen Groups on this planet fight "holy wars". Babaji is the part of that "mission" that is just so rediculous that nobody should even doubt it ever. Yet.. you all need to, in your own ways, go beyond your own affinity for attachment to life styles which will just make you all ever more falsely pompous: especially on Earth.

I'm sorry you all have to hear this: but the greys/nordics/raelians are actually just 1 step above the hoovids and the 12 and Humans CAN'T die- they just are moved to a slightly more interesting reality in one big jump or in one big leap on their part.

Babaji is actually the passage or right of passage in co-operation between becoming an Iargan and not becoming an Iargan.

Iarga is the only culture capable of summoning Ra.

Ra makes itself Raw through the bacteria of the universe which re-designs the entire classified plan of the system.

Man is much more evolved than the greys or raelians or anything else that's really tried to set up groups on this planet except for the ONE time Iargans had an experience with a human. I suppose it's just the traces of the event that are supposed to factor in there. Ultimately it is again the deliverance of the persistance between Babaji and his/her undeniable current for each half that is the goal of any one culture- and in the case of Earth you have a Christ and anti-Christ rotating in a male/fe-male senselessness.

Well, the Animal Shelter is an organization who helped me with MY dreams. You see, I am an animal lover, (name proves it all! lol.) and always wanted something to do with animals as a child. Mainly, I wanted to go to the animal shelter and help out by playing with the cats/kittens, taking dogs for walks, donating money, stuff like that. Well, of course, when you are a person who loves animals, people first think, "Then she will want to be a Veterinarian when she gets older!"

For me, not necessarily! I didn't like seeing animals that were sick or abused or dying. But I would pray for them. That is how I would help those. So a Vet was NOT on my to-do list!

Instead, the Animal Shelter inspired me to open up my own, so that's what I am going to do! After I save up some money, I am going to buy a place and turn it into a NON-KILL Animal Shelter that won't reject ANY animal of ANY circumstance.

I have seen to many animals die, so I KNEW I had to do something with animals. And so all the thoughts slowly added up, and BANG! The idea struck me.

Thanks to that Shelter, who gave me an idea, a dream, that has filled that gap in my heart.

Thanks to all NON-KILL animal organizations in the world!

YOU ROCK!!!

A company or organization that has an ethical and caring leader can produce more than just a product: its employees will both act as representatives for the company (and what better advertizing could there be?) and be catalysts for change in their communities. Good intentions that are solidly backed from the upper regions of management will be recognized and repeated.

So much good could be done in the world.....

If an organization could offer me a nursing position that was part time but with good health benefits for me and my family as well as tuition reimbursement for me to finish my B.A. of Human Development and go on for my masters in social work without having to work so many hours away from home that my 2 and 4 year old children feel abandoned and my husband dies of exhaustion and not try to coerce me into any unethical activity then I would have the opportunity and support to fulfill my life's dream of being a family therapist while still staying on track with my highest priority life's dream of raising happy, healthy children and never losing that partnership I helped build with the love of my life. I don't ever expect to find such an organization and as mentioned have decided to protect my top priorities and put money in the bank without losing my integrity.

There are lots of organizations in the world..So it depends on how you are going to view on it..There are organizations like fraternities and some of them usually into troubles like their motto:"All for one, one for all" so how can they really help their brothers or sisters in their group..In the government there are organizations who help people by charity. In some companies, they inspire the people by giving incentives, encouraging them to be ambitious for the success of their work..In schools, they inspired the students to become a good citizen, to excel into something, to do what is right, and to be the best that he can be by not stopping from dreaming and believing until he fulfill his dreams..Everybody has its own potentials..Its just the fact that people are not satisfied of what they have..Some organizations also have their own rules and regulations because people have limitations, they dont let them do what they want if its for the worse..They help these people by giving them satisfactions that happiness and success will be met if they keep on dreaming and surviving.

Organizations, whether they are professional, volunteer, religious, political etc., have the ability to bring people together from diverse backgrounds together and work towards one common goal. As individuals our power is very limited, but if we combine our power with the power of others toward a common goal we exponentially increase our ability to make change in the world.

If one person were to stand in a desert with a glass of water and pour it onto the ground, the water would evaporate almost instantaneously. However if a group of people poured their water all in the same spot you may develop a small puddle, as more people came and contributed a pond would form, and if enough people came eventually you would have a lake and flowing steams.

A good organization can help you change the world and in the process change you. If everyone around you is working towards a common goal, whether it is spiritual enlightenment or material gain, you will feed off the energy of those around you and they will help guide oyu inthe direction you desire.

Fraternal Organizations I belong to help to develop speaking in front of people without fear. To learn to memorize various Ritual Work pertaining to the various Degrees. To know that no matter where I go in the world there will almost be a Brother whom I can contact in case I have any questions about the area. There will be a Brother who will help, aid and assist me in any way possible as long as he is not inconvenienced by helping me. In return I also am under the same obligation to do for my other Brothers the same as they would for me. By giving a certain " Sign of Distress " any Lodge Brother will know I am in need and will come to my assistance, like I would them should I see the same Sign. There is a bond among Brothers which can never really be described in words but must be experienced. We believe that in the practice of Brotherly Love, Relief and Truth along with Friendship, Love and Truth can be found the best safeguards against the ills of life.

I don't know that inspire is the right word, but occasionally I find myself envying the Roman Catholics with their confessional. Theirs is the only organization that has promised to keep what is said private and actually stood up for it when it was dangerous to do so. I keep thinking that many of our spree killers aka "muckers", from Stand On Zanzibar, were loners and even with the RC church would have been reluctant to go into confessional. Yet, with the encryption systems and other technology now available, a truly secure and private on-line confession and counseling service might be created that would give them someone to talk with one last time before they lost it. To be useful it would have to be nondenominational and even more hardnose about disclosure than the RC church. No cop outs like shrinks and other counseling services have, even in the face of angry judges, search warrants and CIA pressure, or it wouldn't work.

If you are in a certain group or organization, you might find that you really enjoy being in that organization and participating in their activities. This organization and its activities usually fall in line with your dreams, realized or not, and it can possibly lead to a revelation that this is the place where you want to be.

However, it can also go in the opposite direction. In the beginning you may have liked the organization and believed in its goals and such, but as you spent time with it, you found that it was not for you.

This process of elimination, while methodical and possibly time consuming, aids in finding that dream job.

An organization that could help me fulfill my life dreams would ask questions: what motivates you?; what makes you feel fulfilled in life?; what hopes and dreams did you have when you were a child? These questions would help define the ever elusive question for many as to what their life-dreams really are, since most people are simply caught up in surviving and bury their dreams. Then the organization would help develop a realistic plan specifically designed for me in order for me to achieve my life's dreams, offering specialized support and educational resources to help me advance through each step of the way.

Most people are not lazy: the number of people who go to college or to specialized schools, not only as teens but as adults, in order to advance their careers is ever increasing as people attempt to improve their lives. The problem is that most times these career choices and school curricula are geared toward feeding the corporate or government machine and not toward developing our life's goals. If we had an organization that would truly help us define what our life's dreams really are, actually map them out, and then explain how we move from one step to the next so that we could see and feel ourselves achieving every step of the way, then we'd see more people living up to their true potential.

It depends on the relation you and your organisation has.

There are many reasons for a person to join an organisation.

1. for money.

2. for a Job.

3. for establishing yourself

4. For fame and name. This include various things like ego ..etc.,

If the organisation try to find out the exact need of the person and try to satisfy that then it becomes inspirational. It starts with proper concern about the staff, their Identification, realisation of their needs, Including their Involvement in the organisation, fulfillment of their dreams, appreciation of their actions, support in their failures and drawbacks, and a promise to support them till the day of their death. ( this include the end term benefits or pensions)

Sometimes, the employees want an increment according to the increase in their cost of living and the organisation will link it only to the increase in the profit. The confrontation starts from there because of lack of understanding.

Collective bargaining, strikes, work to rule etc., are precipitating issues of such situations which could be avoided by proper communication. Of course this is a wide subject and need more details to address. I can offer this from my side to you as a person of eminance.

No way, If one seeks fulfillment from an organization then one is only set oneself for heartache and misery. Organizations are comprised of people that in most cases do not argee on anything. So, if one tries to seek fulfillment from an organization that is fulled with people one will surly have an up hill battle. It is like chasing the wind , one will never find fulfillment in an organization. It better to pray to god for fulfillment he is the only one who can allow us to live to our true potential.

An organization that can full fill my dreams.?

I dream of an organization as a church with no divisions and bickering, In harmony with out fighting over Interpretations.

An oneness in the members.

One who is not claiming the only true one.

One who does not claim that they are the only one to get there.

If there is one like that ,they would make me live up to my potentials. And I would thank the higher power for ever if I would find it. As a senior I Thank you.,for the opportunity to put down my dreams.

Unless your goal was to become part of the organization, your true potential will still be waiting. I don't see how a membership can help to bring someone to their full potential without the person actually wanting to succeed in life anyway.

Church, fraternities, sororities, social clubs, country clubs, are all a part of membership based, and although there are some(Mensa) with a sense of dignity, one would not be able to a participant unless their were some sort of personal drive in the beginning.

Organization helps me to visualize and chart my progress. I've built my 20+ year business on this very concept.

Life is managed and there is no way that I could accomplish the many goals I have without some way of gauging if I'm accomplishing them or just spinning my wheels. It helps me lay down a foundation for my time which is my life and helps me to create balance among the things and people I choose to spend my time with.

You must have goals to lead you to your expected dreams. Bring passion to all what you do. Treat you boss and colleagues with respect, equality and confidentiality. Be innovative and creative to meet the changing market.

The management/organization will be happy to support you, to help you develop further the potentials that you have to be more productive, more efficient, more profitable.

I believed that a successful organization must have a workforce that are highly skilled, happier and highly motivated individual.

If you develop your potential to be more confident, more focused, more hopeful, inspired, motivated and create lasting change to have better relationships, a better job, a better quality of life then most likely your dreams will come true.

well, there are obviously many kinds of "organizations" that your question can refer to. the most common ones in my life have been the companies i've worked for [just two!] and the different organizations [departments] in them [probably a dozen or so.]

i've had many frustrations AND many successes and good times at each company. i've written about some of them on my website at plusaf.com.

the times that i felt that "my organization" was inspiring me to live up to my full potential were the times that i was encouraged to do things that i was/am good at. it's been my feeling for several decades that many companies/organizations spend/waste a lot of energy trying to fit their people into the jobs rather than figure out which jobs or positions within the company are really the NATURAL FITS for the individuals.

at the first company i worked for, i got to use my creative abilities and scientific knowledge and background to do everything from analyze circuits to recommend the right products for our customers. i loved to help people find solutions to their problems, and over my lifetime, that's been the most rewarding part of every job i've ever had. when i was given looser reins or more latitude to figure out solutions, my solutions were better and customers were happier.

when my solutions were force-fit into narrow company or department "goals" i had less fun and the solutions were nowhere near as good.

in a similar vein, when i analyzed situations, processes, problems and the like at both companies, it was very rare that the entrenched bureacracy was open or willing to any kind of change for the better or even change for "the different" and those were the most frustrating and non-inspiring times.

when organizations do things to maintain their power, status, or even status quo, rather than make changes which would benefit the organization, company AND employees, those were "bad times."

i've made suggestions which would have saved millions of dollars per year, SEVERAL times at the second company, and the ideas fell on deaf ears. "don't rock the boat" was the norm, and it grieved me to see money flowing into bottomless pits when "all that was needed" was for a few people to give up some power and make some changes. it was very discouraging.

what's really irked me, is that if i strike up a conversation with virtually anyone, anywhere, who works "in an organization" i've heard similar comments and complaints from them, sometimes without having to scratch the surface or dig deeply at all. so many people see the problems and force themselves to live with the problems rather than to risk demotion, firing, or just annoying their boss.

and from other experiences, this kind of "org-think" isn't unique to the companies i've worked for, or even the country i live in!

my dreams in an organization are to have fun, enjoy myself, and enjoy using my skills to the betterment of whomever or whatever i can apply them to. and if i'm lucky, to get some rewards beyond the occasional "attaboy" pat on the head. [cash is nice, too.] although not getting ANY attaboy's is demoralizing in the end, too.

My answer would be...on the benefits of the organization. How can those benefits spill into my personal life and fulfill my life dreams? How can I make all this work for me, for my pursuit of happiness? I think the inspiration will not come from an outside source but from within YOU.

When you think of the age old book How to Win Friends and Influence People and its impact on others that is but one example of influence. I personally like linguistic programming e.g.mind power whereby you program the mind for greatness. The Secret based on the Sedona method is a feel good tape as well but the idea of programming wealth into your life amidst recessions and personal problems is rather not idealistic, maybe Letting Go of the Person You Used to Be.Reinventing oneself by this good healing book but I digress and request to ask how you keep your roots and not get too caught up in the American dream?

More often than not people are confused about their life dreams. A lot of people haven't even thought about their life dreams. Since our culture is enveloped in materialism people often mistake desire for possessions as life dreams. An example of this might be ..."It is my life dream to one day have my own yacht."

People need direction surrounding what will really make them happy. In my opinion, the desire of something takes us out of the present and we lose track of the here and now of our lives. .

An organization might be a path toward understanding the true meaning of fulfilling our dreams. An example of this might be ..."Spending time with my family and friends" or possibly, "Gardening, trekking, or other worthwhile activities that help us grow. Making the world a better place for ones having been here is a worthwhile life dream.

If this organization represents everything that I am, everything that I hope to be, then this foundation from a strong organization will bring hope and power to the individual. The strength to pursue a goal and energy to see it through. If it's an honorable endeavor the support and knowledge base of a good organization can help one expand their horizons and teach you how to help others as well. Then the cycle can grow and touch others' lives.

One of the largest things that hinders our ability to fulfill our life dreams as a family is money. Now, I don't mean, go giving money to everybody or even me, but I think it would be neat to see an organization come along to help people out of debt. Here's my theory how. The organization interviews and approves families and individuals with whom the sign a contract. The contract states that they will pay off the debt of that contractee up to a certain amount of money (20,000 to 50,0000). In turn, the contractee will promise to get into no other debt without the approval of the organization (the organization would have to be very stringent as to what they gave permission for. E.g.: a house with reasonable equitable value, a car but only if their car is failing or their family is growing and the car must be reasonable and in good condition.) They could also no default on any regular bills up to two months late (in other words, they couldn't not pay the utility bill until the utilities are turned off) If they break this contract a payment plan will be set up to repay the debt previously paid off. If the contract is fulfilled (the contract would be for a period of 5-10 years) they do not need to pay back the debt. This would really help families that are sincere about staying out of debt and it would help many families and individuals with car payments or student loans or even homes to pay off. I think this would really help a lot of people.

There would be weekly meetings that each contractee would be required to attend at least once a month in order to help them fulfill their contract (support is key). Once the contract is fulfilled those who have been in contracts would turn around and support the new contractees. It would become a network of helping other's reach goals. For example, my goal is to record songs that I have written and have them published. While somebody financing my recording sessions and trips down to Nashville would be nice, it almost seems too limited. It would help me, but not my husband's dreams of owning his own blacksmith shop. So, if we were helped to get and stay out of debt we could more easily save for the dreams we are aiming for and they would happen years earlier.

I think that true potential lies within, not with any organization. The individual must ultimately feel the desire to succeed and be willing to act on it. There are those who have been in prison and have achieved such designations as law degrees. Most others simply give in to the prison culture and live lives of desperation and never come close to their potential. It all depends on the person.

An organization? as in a group, or a company? A group could inspire me by working together to get things done, displaying positive ideas and actually putting them into practice. This would set a good example for me. Companies inspire me to live up to my full potential by scaring me with their sociopathic tendancies, inspiring me to gain more knowledge so that i can aid in the fight against loss of our rights. This question has the depth of an ocean, though apparently very simple looking. It is like one scientist who wants to do everything on his own, and he may do it and even succeed? But what was the point achieved? He was nowhere near his life's dreams. If his ambitions were for self-aggrandisation, then his aim in life has zero or no value. Similarly if a doctor wanted to do everything on a patient, like treatment, diagnosis, tests, surgery and what not and succeeds in everything he is also not fulilling his achievements as his life's dreams. It is being organised and distribution of work and activities that help others to learn and achieve the person's life's dreams, eg. doctor or scientist. Done singly is nothing achieved except personal fame, done in company/organisation or teamwork things are branched out and the person responsible with the subject task not only teaches the others but the results are organised. Yet more, an actress may work for her own fame, or work for the movie. Now if she gets her own fame, it is a dream that dies on the wake of the opening morn though she may become famous. But if she performs her best and organises with the rest of the makers of the movie, the movie becomes a success and the organisation can thus fulfil her life's dreams. Nothing organised, nothing institutionalized, nothing gained.

I think it all depends on the organiztion. There are good, negative, and popular, organizations. They all have different motives. But I'd say any organization that is positive can help me fulfill my dreams by helping me and motivating me. Giving me a lift in the areas that I lack. Such as scholarships financial, and even emotional support.

In my experience, when I came to Canada as an immigrant last 2005, the first thing I did was to join a professional org. The organization emphasized that they will not directly provide me the things that I need. The best thing they they can offer to me is exposure in the field and widening my network which really helped me a lot in finding a career in lined with my background. Now, I am a Civil Structural Designer at Shaw (US based Eng'g and construction firm). By joining an org, I gained friends, friends of my friends, and so on. One of these friends referred me to my job right now. And I was more than contented.

Summarized answer:

We can fulfill our life dreams and inspirations through various types of contact with an organization's:

I. Professional support

1. technical support

2. legal support

3. financial support

II. Inspirational support

1. communication and the media

2. the arts, humanities, and philanthropy

3. religious support and inspiration

4. historical support

The Details:

Well, that's a very interesting and important question, Deepak, because, as of late, the group, it sometimes seems, has become more important than the individual, and there are written articles to support this fact. This can, at times, actually become a drain on our society. In other words, it can be very difficult for an individual with a great idea to see that idea to fruition, receive credit for that idea and any benefits that come with the fulfillment of a great idea. If a person has the means, both monetary and professional, they shall potentially have a much easier time of creating and encouraging their own creativity. If a person does not, and there are a lot of people with great ideas but no outside help, then things can become hopeless.

Organizations that provide funding, technical and other professional support can help individuals develop worthwhile ideas and fulfill their life dreams through the various activities of those organizations. It is also vitality important that organizations continue to help people fulfill their dreams because the benefits to society can be enormous, so much so that it may appear conceivable that the contributions of the individual to society is necessary, at times, for the perpetuation of society, of our world.

Then it becomes apparent that more than one organization, from more than one sector of our society is needed to help people realize their dreams. Professional support must be present, however, inspirational support must bring the dream to life. Wonderful examples in our world exist that inspire the rest of us to try and be the best that we can be, regardless of the hardships we may face. These examples range from the media, like what we see and hear on TV; to investors, like angel investors, microloan investors, and our government; and to religious inspiration, knowing that what we do can create a greater good beyond what we understand.

"How" all these organizations can accomplish all this for the individual to continue with unlimited self expression can be viewed through a myriad of key words and phrases, a veritable kaleidoscope of endless possibilities, if you will:

A few examples of "how" organizations can reach the individual:

1. fulfilling a need

2. communication, from plain and simple to complex and detailed

3. setting an example that inspires others

4. the promise of ________ (you fill in the blank)

5. review and application of individual experiences (how I became what I am today)

6.create your own keywords and phrase-ology here:_______________ (example; "That's my what if...")

etc...

And that is how, or at least begins to explain how, organizations can help you fulfill your life dreams and inspire you to live up to your true potential.

Perhaps an organization could help a young person fulfill their dreams by way of scholarships, etc. But for most people I don't think there is an organization available to help live up to true potential. Many people get caught up in day to day life and making ends meet and caring for their children. For many, dreams are left by the wayside. It's a shame that scholarships aren't available for middle aged and senior citizens. Many of us are still quite useful, but are not viewed that way as our life expectancy is not that of a young person. It's a shame.

Seems to me; that you are the only one who can help you fulfill your life dreams. You are the one who knows what you really want to do in your life-time.

Years ago, I thought about what I will wish that I had done before I died. I always wanted to be a nurse. So, I went to nursing school. I finished it and got a nursing job. I am so glad that I did. Right now; there is nothing that I will do. I would LOVE to see some other countries, but not enough to put my life in the hands of so many people that I don't know. I don't think traveling is as safe and as it was ten years ago. There are too many incompetent people for me to risk my life in their hands. The seats in airplanes are squashed too close together that I wouldn't be able to stand it. The isles are way too narrow.

I don't think there is an organization that can do what you want.

Well I suppose it depends if the organization is yours or anothers. If it is your organization, you would be one doing what you truly love and then your lifes dreams will be fulfilled. If it is anothers' organization you must depend on others ideals to fit yours and that may not be as easy. When you are doing what you love to do it is easy to live up to your potential. It will always be as fresh and new and exciting as the day you began.

Organizations that help people, places, animals in need can help me fulfill my dream of being less self centered, less self righteous, and more altruistic. I have a dream for myself of helping the world be a better place and myself being a better parent. There are so many organizations that can help me to do that. Habitat For Humanity,no kill animal shelters,ASPCA,Literacy Volunteers of America,The Red Cross, Americares,Unicef, and many more organizations that help our environment, are just a few of these I have been involved with that can help me fulfill my dreams and progress spiritually.

Some of the biggest reasons that people will site for not improving themselves and their current emotional and physical status are lack of direction, lack of motivation, no means to accomplish the goal, and lack of support. An organization can help provide these things and so much more.

Having a support group of people who are all striving for a common goal has been proven again and again to be one of the most effective ways to reach a goal and set new ones. From an informal organization like a walking group with a friend or neighbor, to a support group for addictions (AA), to weight loss groups (Weight Watchers), to Boy Scouts, these groups have a support system to encourage it's members to keep the goal in sight and take small steps every day to accomplish that goal.

When we are able to overcome a basic human weakness of being unwilling to change, we can set goals for ourselves to reach a higher potential. When our day to day activities seem to hinder our progress and cloud our vision, an organization is there to keep us motivated, knowing there are others who are working toward the same thing, helping to provide a breakdown of simple steps to get there, and lending support for moments when we start to get side-tracked.

While it is important to be motivated and have will to change and a goal for yourself, an organization can help you live up to your true potential by helping to keep the goal insight, providing the daily steps to get there, keeping you motivated, and providing a support group of people working toward the same goal.

I Think this question entails some complexities concerning each persons talents/ skills. I for example have a purpose, passion, and vision to what I will achieve in any assigment I take on. The employer should look for transparency on a resume to determine this person goals. I firmly believe it all comes down the interpersonal communication skills on both sides. In order for a person to be placed in a field that will not only ,allow the employee to truly be empowered to be their best, but also the employer will get an effective resolution to their search for the best canidate . Too many times people are just looking for a job, instead of knowing their true inner purpose. In essence they are simply just making a living, and not making a life. Of course to know thecomplexities of one's own purpose involves knowing your skillset, and being content/ happy with your current position. Moreover, Everyone is happy, The Customer/ Client does not suffer, because your working for the employer because you love what you do. And of couse the company image is being represented with the utmost integrity, based solely on the fact your, in the right position to do your job with a personal satisfaction, coralated directly to your skillset, Moral of the story if you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life. You will simply be completing your purpose.

If the organization is a smaller company then they can see how you are doing and if they care about you and see that in the future that you will move up in the company or be a big part of the company then they may have you go threw some training to do better. If you are new to envy company then they may put you threw training also so you now better how to do what ever the company is doing. However If you work for a huge company and are lower down in the company they would most likely care less about your dreams and just want you to do your job.

People have different life dreams which makes this a complex question. I believe organization can help by providing a system that provides options for employees to attain their dreams. For example, make an on-line career path survey across all employees. A department collates the answers & offer trainings, cross-job exposures & others that answers the employees's needs. Immediate supervisors of course must support their employees preferred advancement. Another example is on customized benefits. Using on-line options, an employee can customized his/her benefits within the defined benefit cost - medical/dental cost ceiling, # of dependents covered, w/ or w/o dependents to name a few. Organizations should recognize that different people have diverse needs & priorities hence customization is relevant.

Just a little organization goes a long way.

A few simple tools are helping already. They are a Godsend! Please take the word GOD any way you choose - but for me - it is a miracle.

I can say this as fact.

For example:

Yesterday, I opened a snail mail credit statement I usually check on-line. On line - the activity wasn't accurate.

On paper - oops Der it is!

A small matter, but it illustrates how proper accounting = organization - and I am sold!

A step towards organization - a goal.

YEA!

Thank you !

Well I was in FBLA in highschool and I helps develope skills not only for business but also for life. It teaches skills that all people really should have such as leadership. I had the pleaseure of going to the national conference in 2006 and It was so wonderful. The major speaker there was Coach Carter. He had a lot of wonderful things to say about how to be succesful and it was really cool to hear him speak. The thing is too having an organization such as FBLA shows how the youth is not all bad. Most of the people in there have many plans about what they want to do with their life. It shows that the people you see on the news who are criminals really are not the majority of the population. The organizaton can help you achieve any goal you set. "The only thing that can limit you is yourself".
2008-02-19 21:27:42 UTC
like life itself, any organization that works to develop a person and intellect, must by itself, also evolve. for one can grasp certain details at any one time, yet from the appliaction of such, one grows spiritually, intellectually, and is then able to recognize new philopsophy, traits, keys, messages, pathways, etc., to something bigger and better.

A true life changing organization will always inspire a person to look beyond the obvious and the apparent, using such feedback to grasp something really important. It's not likely that any organization will help one fulfill their life's dreams, if the data input doesn't realize or incite dreams, goals, visions, and risk within the follower, for without that, the person will exist, but not search, see, but not comprehend, feel, but not fathom something beyond, live, but not push the boundaries for a metaphysical answer.

Some people look to a church or religious organization for answers, yet in the Mormon Church, for example, the doctrine is such that a person is admonished to continually meditate and pray to the Lord for enlightnement and understanding; as the higher plane of learning and existence is the key to withstanding the limits of mortality. Indeed, most truly inspirational thresholds in any organization that wants to instill enlightenment in its followers, all look to a being on a higher plane, than the physical portion of this world.

Once a person comprehends and senses the part beyond mortal eyesight and feeling, they then begin a journey; answers and quests given from blind-sided contact with another who has 'discovered' something important, which by other means, was not visible or important to a person whose horizons are not expanding.

It is rare that any one organization will fulfill the dreams and needs of the follower, in and of itself. Rather, one organization is a stepping stone to another, and that series will eventually allow a person to achieve the desired plane, if they keep after it and work towards the goal. Also of great importance, is to realize that the quest of enlightenment and fulfillment is mostly and individual endeavor, for not everyone in the organizations achieve the same ideals; in other words, some of the same people that in one instance inspired a person to look beyond, can also serve as a weight or anchor to keep the same person from moving forward.

A wordy essay perhaps. I can only hope you follow my drifts and currents.

Well I've always felt it was my calling to help animals. As soon as I was able, I was volunteering at animal rescue organizations. Dedicating my free time to these organizations and the relationships I had built there helped me get through some hard times in my life.

After I get my degree and a supporting job, I'm going to fulfill my life-long dream of owning and operating my own rescue organization that will be a no-kill, all-animal shelter. Not only will this rescue organization fulfill my dreams and desires, but I can and will save countless lives with it. =) I can't wait!

If the organization is truly working to help the public it would be inspiring in it's self. So many are out to make the people that run them rich and keep the help away from the public. This is so sad because there are a lot of us out there that try to trust those organizations and ask for help just to get turned away or get treated badly just to get a few crumbs. Most of them will ruin your life if your trust them and put your life in their hands. Most are out to make themselves rich and not really help.

by giving us a chance to experience something we wouldn't have the guts or resources to do on our own. like doctors without borders, for example--organizations like this let you help others and do it in a way that is not QUITE so sacrificial because someone else set it up and you can do it for a limited time if need be. Other organizations inspire us because of the hardships people endured to get the thing going, then we get to coast in and benefit. Like a really good church--someone paved the way back then when it didn't exist before. Meeting like-minded people is hard on our own sometimes. An organization gives validity and structure and a means of doing it to the vagueness of some of our ideas. We can get the courage to do what's right by seeing others who have gone before us.

This is an excellent question! An organization can inspire you by introducing you to others who will encourage you. It can help you fulfill (or work towards fulfilling) a dream by example, by positive feedback, and by constant encouragement to strive and not give up when there are setbacks. I have in mind Toastmasters International, whose members are encouraging, positive, and ready to share gained knowledge and examples to help you achieve. In addition, they share inspiring stories to build on and perhaps (as in my case) build a foundation to the fulfillment of a dream.

To paraphrase an old saying "your dreams are in the sky, where they should be ... now build a foundation under them."

That is what the help and encouragement of Toastmasters has done for me.

No organization can help. Only people and a timeless attitude can help. If the organization is comprised of people with caring and timeless attitudes and they reflect that in their actions and interactions with the world then I'm sure I would be inspired. But as for living up to my true potential, only I can do that for myself.

I saw a new invention for growing food. It had plants growing in a tiny amount of soil mounted in rows all around the inside of a tube with a grow light in the middle. The plants are automatically sprayed with water intermittently. The tube spins and so creates tension for the plant. This tension causes the plants to grow at 5 times normal speed and greatly increases the nutrients in the plants. Many such tubes are mounted on a hollow tower and they move up one side of the tower and then down, making the tower equal to a 400 acre farm. The whole thing could be placed underground, perhaps under a wind farm that could generate the power needed to run it. No longer would it matter if the land lacked resources to grow food. Everyone can eat. Because the whole contraption is inside, insecticides are unnecessary.

This has inspired me to acquire the wealth necessary to purchase this equipment and give them to poor communities. Each one costs about 40K. I'm going to contribute them through the Christian Children's Fund because they are already set up to do this kind of distribution.

So wish me luck.

Since no 2 people have ever had the same EXACT dream.

I question the fact that any organization can trully help fulfillment of that dream. An organization may help with the deciphering of the dream, but only that person with the help of a higher being can ultimately fulfill that dream.

Only a Higher Being can inspire you to live up to your "True Potential" because only a higher being knows what your "True Potential" is.

By volunteering. In order for organizations to keep doing what they are doing they alway have to have volunteers. It's not so much of a question of how an organization can help you; it's more of what can you do so an organization can keep fulfilling those dreams.

An organization could inspire me to live up to my true potential, because whatever organization it was, it could help me feel as if I could do anything, and I could follow my dream.

When an organization help me full fill my long wish dream to sing and be in the entertainment industry I'll contact you. I'm thankful for the man I have now but I wish I can get another man to love me for me too and respect me on a different level of a relationship other than having a man just because you don't want to be alone but that's a completely different story.

Im a volly firefighter, and training emt. My life dream is to help people, save lives, and be a career firefighter and emt. The people i run with at both my fire departments push me to be the best that i can be. I learn just by sitting around at the station. The knowledge, experience, and training some of my brothers and sisters have in the service is ungodly. Which is why i push myself to be better, just to to be able to say i did that, or i can do that. And when im an older gentleman, i want to be able to pass on my knowledge and experience to the next generation.

At its most basic level, an organization, as in one to which you are employed, can provide the seeds for you to pursue a higher agenda.

Ideally, the organization will provide the opportunities for you to reach the pinnacle of your skills in areas that would not be practical if not for the organization. By our nature, once we reach certain peaks in our learning or experience, we seek more. Organizations help to nurture this process by creating needs for which you may be best aligned to forfill.

Just as a single link cannot claim to be a chain, a single person cannot achieve much. An organization is like a chain. Every link contributes and the strength of the weakest link is the total strength of the chain. I consider myself to be one link in every of the organization I belong to - my family, my government job, or even the clubs of which I am a member. I do not wish to be the weakest link in any of these organizations. At the same time I try and inspire other members of the organization to be stronger, as that would make the chain stronger. It thus drives me to contribute to my fullest potential.

The way I look at it is, you need knowledge to get to a goal. If you don't have the knowledge to achieve what you want to do, it won't happen.

Take a college study group, for example. The reason study groups work is because getting insights and sharing knowledge is always better than trying to attain it on one's own. An organization is like this in a lot of respects. Guidance, advice, and encouragement come of being a part of a good, functional organization.

Basically, the whole is more than the sum of its parts.

1) If it is your company and it is performing the way you want it to and is enabling you to fulfill the quality of life ideals that you set out to acheive, then that is fulfilling your employment dreams Very similar to Dr. Chopra's!:)

2) If it is someone that you work for, if the job is a good fit that is consistant with your personality and personal style, e.g. if you like to be on the cutting edge and it provides for it; if it enables you with challanges and this is what you want in a job; if it enables the kind of work-life balance that you want then i am sure that performance will be good and works will be happy.

3) I have had mainly bad experiences with companies, because they let the wrong sorts of people be in charg as managers. Often times these types of individuals tend to be politically astute rather than good at performing their jobs.

I also notice that they usually promote people with poor leadership skills into management rather than culling those who are good at dealing with people with creative problem solving.

Often times people are promoted because they are friends with senior managers, or were good at perfomring the job rather than at actually managing people.

Often times employees are too afraid to speak out in organizations do to politics. usually the whistle blowers are the ones that are not part of the "in" croed. So, I think there should be forums whereby employees can voice their opinions w/o negatice consequences. I think companies should have annonymous suggestion boxes for getting feedback.

I also think that HR departments should not simpley advocate for the company, but play a role as a neutral party to facilitate dialog and to gain the positive information that may be gained from any kind of problem that arises. A problem is also an opportunity. Most HR professionals in my experience don't seem to be very progressive, intelligent and do not really seem to care much about problem solving. Too bad. In the occassion that they are intelligent and solutions oriented they can really add a lot of value to the firm and save it a lot of money in law suits or other unforseen costs.

4) I beleive that when you are in the right job, and are happy then it contributes to the Universe and helps to raise the consciouness of the planet and can result in more peace and harmony in the world. That's what Dr. Chopra would agree with, right? :)

Dear Dr. Chopra,

I work in a public organization. In the department which I work in, I am responsible and the coordinator of employees education. Believe or not, I have always thouth that if I was the responsible of the education of all employees in my organization, or If I was the decisionmaker of the organization, I could ask all employees to read the book of "seven spiritual laws of life" and I personaly could teach it to them. With reading this book by all the organization's employees, not only the organization would better and its operation would promote, I'm sure that we could help the people to develop themselves and also fulfill their dreams.

Perhaps one day, I do it.

I kiss your hand

In most cases, a person's potential is based upon a combination of skills, aptitudes, interests, and discipline. Once a person's interest is peaked, we can then enhance and reinforce the other qualities he will need to achieve success. Educating the respondent, and reassessing the level or quality of his needs, will not only create a happier and more productive individual, but also contribute substantially to society as a whole.

A company or organization that truly values Family. Fair compensation is also a key to happiness. Occasional company events are nice, but be sure the employees also get some bonuses.

Health Care, Retirement, Vacation, & Sick Time are all necessities as well.

Encouraging a safe and inspirational environment is another benefit.

I work for a company that encourages philanthropy. I am allowed to take off when needed to travel to South America for humanitarian missions for children. The do not hold the time off against my vacation pay, and the company and employees consistently donate their time and money to help with the cause. An organization helps fulfill your life dreams by providing support and understanding. I am very luck to work for this company!

The answer can vary depending on how you define life dream and what kind of personality you have overall. For me, private and small group will make me feel more comfortable no matter what I do. That’s just who I am. Sure, sometimes, when I was not strong enough to support my dream financially, I had to stick with organization to get some foundation built up in the beginning. But if you realize that you are kind of person who can be more productive or time-efficient with company around, you might be with that organization. But I think more importantly, you should define what is your life goal ‘cause sometimes different life goal needs different environment to execute it. Good luck!

I understand you to be asking about "organizations" other then your job. There should be several methods of encouraging a person to live up to their true potential.

One is the education and training. It doesn't matter if you are wanting to lose weight or go backpacking. For your welfare, education/training will allow you the opportunity to safely participate.

Another "inspiration" is group participation. I am the Crew Adviser for a Boy Scouts of America Venturing Crew. Yes, I enjoy working with the youth and the adult camaraderie. But, I am also in it for me. I like to go backpacking.

The first organization that comes to mind is People to People. This organization was founded by President Dwight Eisenhower in 1956. His mission was "Peace through understanding." He believes that young people are the future and we can change the world. People to People Student Ambassador Programs gives the oppurtunity to explore the world and learn firsthand. Delegations of students travel overseas and further Eisenhower's mission. I am truly honored to be part of his mission. This summer I am traveling to Italy and Greece for 20 days with my delegation and leaders. We are going on the program "Exploring European Cultures" and I can't wait!!! We will get to go to Rome and Naples and Sicily. In Assisi, we get to do something only Student Ambassadors are allowed to do. We get to biuld our confidence and rappel of the ancient castle walls!! We get to stay 2 nights with a local family and learn as well. We take an overnight ferry from Italy to Greece and visit Crete and Athens. This is how an organization can inspire me to live up to my true potential.

An organization can showcase what has been done in the same vein and give an analysis of the potential that one has for functioning as a result of one's individual creativity. This is best done in a relaxed, non-confrontational environment.

My answer to first part of your question: An organization providing a mentor to work with me in finishing my book to help families be there in the last hours of life. Mentoring me through to completion, getting it edited, published and distributed. A person to check in with, receive guidance and support in setting goals, staying on target and whom has knowledge and experience on getting a book out, or advise where to go for info. Mentor provided without charge.

Or perhaps instead of a mentor, there would be groups within the organization, where people with a similar goals come together with a facilitative structure support one another, inviting experts in to provide info and answer relevant questions of the group.

Or better yet, the organization sets up site where we do all of above on the Internet. Including attracting a large base of people in need of mentoring in realizing their stated goal. And attracting "life experience" people to mentor and experts to advise. The organization would screen those wanting mentor-ship, the mentors and the experts and guarantee confidentiality and safety of the mentored .

Second part of your question: I have plenty of inspiration; it is the actualization of my true potential that I need help with. Time management, prioritizing and motivation. I want to return to my speaking and providing community workshops ; get non profit organization (I founded) back on Internet with the goal no one need die alone. And families not be alone at one of the most important time to be with another

Only one thing can help you fulfill a life time dream. Its the person that drives his or herself to the goals they have. An organization has no place in this.

I am very organized but it can get in the way. When you use organization to control something or to lessen anxiety.. you are just wasting time and steps. I find that being organized can help you fulfill your dreams by keeping your goal clear in your head without clutter. I find that making lists and keeping on top of things leaves me more time to fulfill my dreams and goals. I find it is important to keep your dreams flexible though or you are not fulfilling them, they are controlling you and you are missing out on the moment in front of you. So organization is important, but over organizing can be paralyzing

They say a little" Bit "of organization goes along way. For those whom are comp lovers they would agree it helps them get around a lot easier has also inspired them to create, live laugh. Apply this to work areas and at home. Organizing will enable you for quicker service less hassles less of a mess later. Allowing you more time to complete lengthier assignments or giving you free time you did not normally have because you were bogged down. Greater time for spontaneity which is the precursor to your true potential .

Well organization is helpful to you, i think anywhere you are, and what your job is. Either a lawyer, or mostly a teacher dealing with papers, tests, and kids. Your neat then, and you mostly have all your responsibilities done, are happy with what you have, and also like to oraganize those thoughts.

That's how i think Organization can you help you with your true life potential ( In my Words )

Yes, because the organization begins within you.

I am facing homelessness, hunger, with the loss of home, children, job, belongings because of a illness I was born with. So in the mist of all of this I request items from businessess to help children whom are ill. They do not know where the products come from because I remain anonomous. They think I am a millionarie, and I sometimes eat out of trash cans, live in abandoned houses, and uses the public library for contacts. I am working on getting donated 2 adult poolsticks and 2 children poolsticks to the hospital where they are.

This may sound crazy to most, but be in helping them I am not focusing so much on my pain and hardship by seeing their pain lessen with gifts.

Elohim (GOD) bless you all

Starting my own organization, a not-for-profit corporation, allows me to do whatever I dream. In fact, it was late one night just as I was falling asleep that I came up with the concept of the organization, and its name, EnergyTeachers.org. It didn't make all my dreams come true, but it gave me the power to pursue one dream, that teachers from many different places could collaborate to change their curriculum.

Providing training, education, challenges, input on projects and ability to work on different projects to give the employee an opportunity to see other aspects of the organization and to break up the daily tedium of their regular work. Variety in your job keeps a person motivated, attentive, and gives them the opportunity to learn more on the job skills and create a more flexible work ethic in the employee. The company will benefit by having many experienced and multi-intelligent employees who are flexible and able to meet deadlines and overcome issues on projects. The employee benefits because they will be able to focus on something new and challenging to their mind, build new skills and feel like a contributing and important member of the (illusive) "team" not just a drone working on the same tasks day in day out. I have such opportunities in my job and that makes working for this establishment more rewarding.

An organization has to run on humanitarian principles and not be commercial. There should be fundamental rules to make sure that people have freedom to explore their potentials and allowed to express their opinions. This with proper training and coaching can help you achieve your life dreams.

An organization that cares enough about employees to listen to their needs both as "workers" and people will create an environment of trust and a desire to be productive. If the organization then is willing to be flexible enough to allow the employee to grow and learn, this will inspire each of us to become all that we can be. When an organization has a strict "job description" for each worker, not allowing an individual to expand to tasks above and beyond, this stiffles the worker. The more my organization trusts me to do, the more I want to do. The more my organization tells me to just do my job, the less productive I want to be.

There are so many organizations. Not all organizations touch your needs. You have to find the organization that touches your needs and then fulfill your life dreams. You have to first find out what makes you happy and then find that organization that fulfills your wants. Then you are happy and your life dreams are fulfilled.

For an organization to truly inspire others, the individuals steering the direction of the organization would ALL have to be working towards the same outcome, contributing the same type of energy, in a synergistic manner. In other words, at the heart of the organization there would have to BE a heart.

At the end of the day an organization has a responsibility to its' owner(s), stockholders, and customers (by producing a quality service or product). Most organizations in this process want to hire the best employees they can that will produce as much as they can.

If you have a high employee moral, you want to do your job right and by the book. People know you are a legitimate person to deal with and begin to favoritize you. Eventually you move up the ladder and start making real money.

Usually if you really care about the organizations mission, you feel more obligated to be involved rather than clocking in and doing your job to get by the day.

tThere is not an organization that will, inspire me to fulfill my life dreams, only a woman will. I´m 76 years old,,I have been diagnosed with Pancreas cancer, have 8 months maximum to live, I will nor subject myself to the torture of an operation and or/ radiations and kimo. My dream is to die making love to a woman, I have no more potentials, only a life insurance that will be given to that woman will accomplish my desires. Don that, been there, no more Everest to climb, ready to go,tired of stealing oxygen from the living souls, Can You help me?¿Any Takers?

From experience, you need to get out while you can...or it will suck the life out of you!!

......Well,only if you fail to see the inspiration and see only the self indulgence it can bring..this is the time you need to step ........back,and determine where you came in,...how you will leave, and to whom did it help!!

I never expected my lifes dreams to be fulfilled here...my true potential will be realized by others I have shared my time in this arena with....

And those dreams..are like clouds..wispy one day, full of rain the next..and,at best..way too high to catch..in this world..for now!

.....Inspire the desire to fulfill from within, and you will have the capabilities to shine on,and also to leave when you see others are also in a better place to carry on,that which you put in place.....

You have to respect the Company your are actually working for first and foremost. And the company has to respect you. IN order for potentiality to happen, the company itself has to be in good financial stability and offer something back to it's employees. It is sad that alot of us are not getting paid what we really deserve, but if you consider the state of the economy, then we are to believe that this is all we are going to acquire. Then you get a mind-set as to maybe we should feel blessed that we at least have this.

Our dreams will not come to fruition if the company is not there to back us up!♥

I think it depends on the organization. I'm a member of our local YMCA - my choice and my monthly payments, but the Y has so much to offer that I've been able to find a calling. I tried a yoga class a few years ago. It totally changed my life...I take my practice off of the mat. I teach yoga and I have encouraged others to try it! I don't know if I would have discovered this without the local YMCA and I appreciate the fact that the Y offers so much to our community.

by really carrying about what your dreams are. maybe your dreams are in line with some of the companies dreams. It can be a win win for everyone, also Ken Blanchard said " you should try to catch people doing things right" That is a big change from managers that are always looking for the wrong. The most important thing is to do what you love, if you are really passionate about what you do, then it will show. When you are doing what you truly love, your company will notice it and good things will happen. Do What You Love and you will achieve everything, including your dreams.......Most importantly remember that you have the power to change anything in your life that is not working out. Make a change and then another until you get the results you want. Never quit.

The head of the organization must be dedicated to the idea that their employees are more than statistics to manipulate. He/she must realize that a happy, fulfilled employee will go a long way to ensuring the success of the organization overall.

Then the organization must provide avenues to aiding their employees to becoming fulfilled by encouraging the development of an individuals strengths instead of focusing on overcoming a weakness.

Few companies do this out of the fear that they will not recoup their investment in training because these "Fulfilled" employees will go off to follow paths other than those of the company. While it is true that some individuals will leave, even more will stay because they are in an environment that has supported them.

I can dream can't I?

By being more than just a tool for making money. Companies today don't inspire because many see their employees as a means to a end, rather than the means to a goal. In my fathers time you worked for a company 40 years, there was retirement that was paid by both you & the company, health insurance, etc. Today, many companies will not even hire full time employees, they hire part time or temp. so they do not have to offer benefits. People need to feel secure, this leaves them free to pursue their dreams. Employees are second to proffits. It says a lot.

We recently had a terrible ice storm in the small rural town I live in. All were without electricity, some with no water, most with no heat. Multiple organizations came to assist the community in getting back on our feet. I have since begun looking into joining one of these groups to give back what was given to me. I know how much it meant to my family to receive aid from the kindness of strangers. I saw how rewarding it was for those who helped. I would just like to give back.

by ME inspiring the organization.....therefore inspiring a group provision for each of the organizations individuals, a way to give, without the expectation of receiving.

The concept of prioritizing outward progression energy and expansion from myself only, and leaving inward receipt to be naturally, unexpectedly, and unthoughtfully returned and received without anxiety and then recycled for the process to continue.

An organization can inspire me if it is surrounded by honesty and people with credibility.example ,if its product is related to health, and the product is endorsed by the Chopra Center or any other institution with the good reputation. like in the case of Amalaki Zrii I am inspired by the results of this product and the people involved. I love to take something good to people included health, understanding and love. with this tools I can achieve my potential just because I have the product and the lidership required beside me and the desire to follow success.

Knowing I am doing well, will inspire others to ask how to do it

and to experience the new beginning.

It is ultimately up to the individual to find ways to achieve

their goals and dreams. If part of that dream means

wealth then a company can obviously help by paying

well. Of course, companies typically only pay well to those

that produce so you'll have to work hard to achieve what

By noticing my talents. And then by assisting me in developing and shaping them so that I can grow. By picking up positive aspects of my personality, so that I can feel encouraged. By providing room for expansion without judgment, through appreciation. By supporting me in the moments of a temporary defeat, through showing me a greater picture of who I have chosen to be and reminding me about my passion.

In such an organization I would recognize my true value, I would feel free, and I would spread my wings as far as I possibly could, because I would know that there is no such thing as failure and I would probably experience Joy.

Which would be quite good, as experiencing joy is what fulfilling my life dreams means to me.

The school that I work for is the best place I've ever been in. It's a school for autistic children and youths and it provides mainstream education for them.

Everyday, I don't feel like I'm working. I feel like I'm there for a purpose - to provide hope and joy for the children.

I don't feel calculative when I serve in my school. When I do go the extra mile at work, my principal recognizes my effort and rewards me with praise and wage increment naturally.

The school lives on one motto - serve with joy because that's about the only decision everyone needs to make...be happy!

My colleagues are like family....we do have conflicts at times. But at the end of the day, we always have hearts big enough to forgive and love again.

I am living out my dream as a special education teacher right now because my school has shown me so so much support.

The self-help industry churns billions of dollars a year because most of the stuff out there tells you how some other guy found his path.

So here's something that I get stuck on. Motivation is something that comes from outside. I listen to a motivational speaker or read a self-help book and come away uplifted and inspired. It almost always fades in a few days. Why is that? What is missing?

The best I can figure out is that external forces can motivate me BUT they don't necessarily help me make the internal commitment necessary to continue with it.

So that's what I need. Something to help me make a commitment to my goals.

This is going to take a lot.

First, I need to find something inside that is worth making a commitment to. I guess that would be myself, huh?

Second, I need to believe that I, and only I, and responsible for making my dreams come true. Miracles only happen after you put in a lot of hard work!

Third, I have to ignore others who tell me that my life dreams are unattainable or unreasonable.

Fourth, I have to find a methodology that works with my thinking style and personal talents.

Fifth... I don't need to watch "The Secret" again, thanks very much. There was nothing there that we don't already know.

"Just do it" is a fine sentiment, but I wind up with dozens of half-completed projects.

I've been playing with dreamsharing.net's nascent dreamwiki and they have some interesting ideas - one of which is to use a simplified Gantt chart. When motivation abandons me, the Gantt chart is supposed to continue to remind me to keep moving.

I'm interested in hearing what you've come up with to help me actually accomplish things after I get all enthusiastic about them. Do you have a mailing list I can get on to learn more about the organization? Please edit your question and put in a link.

An organization has the ability to build insight, of one's life perspective. We all share the same thing of Happiness, we all want it, no matter what it takes to get there. An organization can clearly lead to this, as insight serving as the instrumental value, leading to a or the terminal value of which in this case is happiness. You don't need science to determine we all share the same common terminal value of happiness, indeed all senitient beings.

No organization can influence me in any way.

I an not a cow or an ant, which too many humans are.

I follow no one and I lead no one.and I have no opinion.

I am an individual with my own ideas. I am free.

I am highly social in society, but I am an island.

I live up to my own true potential,

An organization shows me how perfect can be the way of humans: they know what to do, when to do it, and exactly how, and keep working, and working, it doesn´t matter if sometimes a worker of that organization dies, they still work.

So, because my nature tells me to be superior to anyone else, I try to:

+be organizated, as they are

+keep on doing it even if I fail once

+and be directly happy no matter what happens.

Do you Dr. Chopra have an organization that can help me? I have worked hard all my life, am 50 years old, am currantly dealing with an ill husband who recently had his leg amputated & lost his job. The government has turned its back on us & life revolves around our finances or actually the lack of our finances. If we were illeagal immagrants everything would be handed to us. When my daughter broke her hand every hospital turned us down. I am hard working & yet could not afford a cast & now her hand is messed up.I'm a good person & often feel that nobody really cares. Is there really a place that could help me? Lets be real now, I'm speaking about an organization that does'nt cost me anything?

When we are talking about organizations, I tend to think separately about commercial enterprises and non-profit organizations. There are also "social enterprises" -- companies with missions that they are trying to fulfill while they make a profit. I happen to work for just such a company and it has helped me realize that work doesn't have to be just about making a living and earning money. My work can be fulfilling and meaningful.

Wow! That's a lot of answers.

Anyways, if you join an organization which helps you fulfill your dreams, you could reach your true goal.

Example: Say if i liked basketball [which i do], then, i joined a basketball club, it could help me get better, and give me more confidence, and maybe join the wnba.

[ i would not like to join the wnba, but an example.]

An organization could help me in this way if I felt that what the company was working for was a worthwhile cause. It would also help if the organization was set up with sustainable practices and concern for quality of product and kept the interests of the employees in mind. I would not mind working 50+ hrs. a week for such a place. If I have to work this much to afford rent and food, why do I have to hate my job?

Personally I would love to be involved with an organization that worked to bring education of sustainable practices to communities in need. If we can create an encouraging environment and help people find the tools to empower themselves and their own environments then we would go a long way in getting rid of "poor" "underserved" communities.

if i could find an organisation that can help me found my own foundation for the peoples with no family, like me. i`ll be blessed. now that i`m 42, i well know too much how it is to live in this world and having absolutely no guidance, no support, no love. and my dream is that. i`d like to create a place where the peoples could come over and ask for guidance, learn to cook or maintain a house. anything about living a life. ( a life coach) i became very self-sufficient, and i`ve learned my life with books like yours and i`m very natural in my ways. i really would like to teach also about how to deal with your emotions and to eat right for their blood type. we need to relearn how to live. i`ve been praying and i know that i will get it, no matter if i have the help of an organisation or not it doesn`t matter as God will bring me where He wants me to be. He always did, when i was listening. I would like to share what i discover.

In my believe our purpose in life is to discover our skills and talents as individual so that we can live as a community. i think that our parents are responsible for that, at first. then the rest of the world to help us discover these skills as we grow-up. God knew that living on earth could be hard and that there is a lot to be done so that`s why we have so many different skilled and talented peoples. ( but in our days machines and etc... are taking over our craftmen, and etc...) if i`m a leader, i cannot be a servant and vice & versa. we all need each other in order to have it all. and it`s with respect and appreciation that you can have it. love each other

Your family is an organization, albeit a small one, and the faith they place in your abilities to help them succeed in their respective lives can be quite amazing. When your family depends on you to meet their most basic needs, you gain the strength you need to step up to the plate and succeed for them and through them. I say through them, because when I look into my daughter's eyes and even my wife's eyes I can see the dependence as well as the admiration and recognition for my hard work. And I verbally tell them the same thing, that I am so very proud of their achievements and how they handle adverse situations. It is 'give' and 'gently receive' with my family and me. We are the happiest when we are simply in each others company.

My family is all I need in this world to bring me to the highest levels of which I am capable… my fullest potential.

I am a big fan of yours, Ken Wilber's and Dwayne Dyer's. You guys woke me up to what is truly important in life.

I will NEVER need an organization to inspire ME to pursue MY dream. Neither will you.

Any organization, no matter how well meaning, is only as good as the people it attracts.

The people can help you, but not the organization. But a good organization can attract good people.

The right people can mentor you, can lead by example, and can open doors through networking. Sometimes all you need is just a person to listen. Other times competition will help you push yourself.

By doing simple things at first.

Like making a work place better by

==> having a suggestion box

==> implementing it occasionally

==> or may b every month one suggestion can be given "Best suggestion of the month" title and implementing the same

This will make employees feel that their opinion is heard and considered and inspire them to work hard and stay happy.

Thus fulfilling both organization's dream and employee's as well.

An organization can inspire me to fulfill my true potential by understanding first what motivates and drives me to succeed and align these desires with those of the company's mission and integrity's.

A good employer who cultivates growth and promotes leadership is one who can inspire me. A company that doesn't shy away from putting staff on the front lines to strengthen those qualities. After that it is up to the employee to hone in on those opportunities.

Living up to true potential is a personal goal. In order to reach the goal an individual sets for themselves, he or she may have to have help along the way. Depending on the goal a person sets, an organization in the same field could aid in guiding them in the right direction and give encouragement to keep going. The organization will only be effective in aiding fulfilling dreams if people willing to put in the effort to see their goals to fruition.

I would like to move across the country and get a job there, but I don't want to be without insurance for even a short while. And I wouldn't want to rush into accepting an offer and become tied to yet another job with little potential.

Dr. Chopra, hi, there is some reality to agree with the following.

"Acquisition and practice with faith and devotion of total; mind, brain and body spiritual education and uplifting your soul is the best solution to progress in any field".

Quotation of Dr. Singh further explains the practical and inherent problems with individuals and the organizations; "It requires a super genius to recognize a genius which to begin with is rather an uncommon commodity and situation, how ever this is further and very frequently and adversely compounded with negative forces of, ego, greed, selfishness and piracy especially the intellectual piracy. Sat-guru will; help, inspire, guide and protect you out of love, kindness and unselfish motives and so will the people with that bent of mind depending on their spiritual attainment, the remainder is all an association of needs, greeds, treats, misdeeds and most unfortunately the freaks".

I do not think that anyone or anything else can fulfill our individual dreams. Each of us are unique individuals.

We all share some of the same dreams or goals, but when it comes to what matters most to me, it is up to me.

Wish I knew how to accomplish attaining my dreams, but I don't have a handle on that. I also find it hard to believe that Mr. Choppa thinks I have the answers. I think our individual answers are within ourselves.....getting it out or to the surface seems to be the hard part. Hey Deepak...if you want to discuss this..give me a call.

Life dreams get fulfilled by the quality of work life, the ecstacy you derive out of the work you do and how passionate you are about your work.An organization which endeavors to develop the KSA's of its human resource to the optimum through development programs and giving the right job to the right person,by giving the right amount of empowerment and autonomy and by appreciating their contributions by considering them as assets will develop a undissolvable bond of loyalty and belongingness in them which will motivate them to live up to their true potential.

an organisation needs constant movement. you need to come up with new ideas and talents or enhance the same old ones to survive. ur life is inspired by the same fact that you keep moving on in life.. and the fulfilling part is that when ur attached to an organisation its like an atthement to ur family.. you get paid, ur more secured, and above all u have people around. life dreams can be money or friends or working with great peole organisation gives u that chance..
2008-02-19 17:21:08 UTC
The KEY word in your question is "FULFILL". There are no guarantees in life, only challenges, (Gen. MacArthur)

An organization can provide encouragement, probably additional resources for information and additional means of skill development based upon their experiences in helping others.

Each person is a unque individual though. One can be inspired by the success seen in others, but it does not mean that any success will come to any other individual. But it is helpful for us to recognize success in others so we can hold the belief that success can be achieved by us as well, if we work hard enough to enhance the chance for success to be in our individual attempts toward achieving something.

If you want to fail, listen to those who fail.....if you want to succeed then you will listen to those who have known success. Organizations could be the source of those positive nudges toward success.

It causes Honesty which is the human quality of communicating and acting truthfully related to truth as a value. This includes listening, and any action in the human repertoire — as well as speaking.

Superficially, honesty means simply stating facts and views as best one truly believes them to be. It includes both honesty to others, and to oneself (see: self-deception) and about one's own motives and inner reality. Honesty, at times, has the ability to cause misfortune to the person who displayed it.

It also causes happiness that is emotion in which one experiences feelings ranging from contentment and satisfaction to bliss and intense joy. This definition is, however, a synonymous one. A more clarified one is almost impossible to conceive due to the capacity by which a human can allocate the correct words into an appropriate and meritable sentence that would describe happiness.

Though it may be impossible sured through a variety of techniques. For instance, psychophysiologist R.J. Davidson links the dynamics of systems (ie. dopaminergic, opiate) to the concepts and findings of Positive Psychology and Social Psychology.

It evens causes coolness that is an aesthetic of attitude, behavior, comportment, appearance, style and Zeitgeist. Because of the varied and changing connotations of cool, as well its subjective nature, the word has no single meaning. It has associations of composure and self-control (cf. the OED definition) and often is used as an expression of admiration or approval

My company is paying 100% of my college tuition. I am currently in grad school. They paid for my undergrad studies as well.

It is a benefit that they offer to all employees with no bounds on what can be studied. Unfortunately, very few jump on this opportunity.

Large organizations can easily provide this opportunity, but I believe that the effort and the inspiration to live up to one's true potential must come from within.
2008-02-17 01:51:39 UTC
You must be in the right place, what I mean with that... you should have choose the organization in which you want to be, that implies that they should have picked you up and that means that you should be able to do the work they ask you for, then you must be proactive inside your work and not just being a monkey like most of the people do.

The organization should try to reach it's objectives, but taking care of the objectives of each people in the organization and for that every body in the organization should be doing a work that they would like to do. The problem is that a lot of the organization are too big to take care of all the elements that are part of it and if one is not happy, the quality of the work is not going to be good (all in a vicious cycle).

In short

The organization should give you a work in which you would like to work and specially that the result of your work will be meaningful for you, I mean it should give you a satisfaction.

And well as a person... the 4 basis for the success... (Budhism)

Deepak's business and speaking and books adn audio cover the range of dynamics and is an extension of his

Chopra Center business.

Together with Deepak's personal example we have a perfect example of what it " looks like and feels like and sounds like" to operate an organization of this type and still be magnificently successful on every level.

The human example is always light years ahead of an idea or concept or mere conjecture yes?

An organization might help you by giving you that comfort and that sense of security we all need. Growing up, we faded away from that sense of comfort, we all inside need some. We have different way of showing our needs (drugs, church, money,...) An organization might be an other way. and with the comfort you need, you get to your true potential because you believe in yourself. You attract what you want.

Actually treat you like family and not a number. Allow you to have thinking time and relaxation time at work to recharge other than a lunch hour.

Trust that you will do your work and give you the freedom to do it. Where I work now is great and a prime example. I have items assigned to me. I put the pressure on myself to get the job done. They allow me to work from home several days a week and I never feel pressure if my kid is sick. They are very understanding. It makes me want to work harder for them and for myself.

Because when I do well. They do well. When we are doing well then I focus less on "work" and more on making myself better. I don't have to think about it. Not once in over a year have I said "I don't want to go today." that is how much I feel appreciated.

The great atmosphere opens up more positive feelings and thoughts in me and only makes my life better.

Deepak an organization can assist me in fulfilling my dreams by providing me with those resources which are currently out of my reach. Such as capital and a experienced support system that can mentor me as I transition through each phase of dream actualization. I am motivated by profitability that can come as a result of improving the lives of those who inhabit this world with me.

Be involved from the begining of school to have each person focus on realizing our life dreams, and to help us accomplish this task. Often these dreams are made through situations and circumstance instead of a concious efforts or informed decisions.

This is why children in America have the lower grades and drop out of school. They dream, but these dreams are rarely given reality. Children should be made to see responsibilites of all jobs. Each life must be burdened and blessed with responsibility as well as creativity. In short, companies must make it evident that your are responsible for each day you create.

#1) By offering a safe, clean, and structured environment for employment. ( this creates an overall positive mind set) Company that has a solid product line. ( shows & gives greater confidence in the presentation of the products represented.) #2) Inspiration comes from within but can be nurtured and increased through regular recognition and bonus incentives. #3) Using a multi level pay scale based on performance, with each level increasing based on predetermined production goals. this keeps the employee's focused on their goals and achievements.

ok. As an aspiring (screen)writer, just getting my foot in the door of an agency ( organization) to which I can get an agent would be the best move I can think of. I have a few rejections to my many query letters,so I have been bummed about that. An organization who believes in me and my talent would inspire me because I would have the confidence to be bolder, and in the knowing that I have the organization in my corner, so to speak, I could not fail. And with that knowledge,I could reach beyond what I expect of myself, having a solid, encouraging foundation in which to build upon.

By giving you opportunities to demonstrate your talents, achieve your goals through hard work, and reap the rewards from your efforts. In doing so, supporting you through this process, by tying your real success into the real success of the organization. It takes leadership that is willing to take risks and leave small-mindedness behind.

That in itself will improve your life in many other ways as well, even just the feeling you have when you get up in the morning. Succeeding as well as being part of a larger success.

An organisation prospers when all its contributors including employees prosper with honesty and integrity. The organisation can help achieve fulfilling life for all by practicing top moral standards and ethical practices and developing the feeling in every employee that they are doing the job of God by doing their duty. There is not one answer to this but many.

1) The job needs to be challenging and take advantage of the employees natural strengths and talents.

2) The company needs to be flexible and allow for work life balance.

3) Staff development and career advancement opportuntunities need to be available, which would include training and continued education

4) Trust and cohesiveness of the team - supervision but never micromanaged. If the employee trips up, support them rather than critize them.

These are some of my thoughts. Hope it helps.

But I can - and love - to write and can do so about anything, (here is a link to my 360 blog where I've written a lot: http://360.yahoo.com/k9mom22). I would love for a company - or companies - to hire me to work from home writing for them. I've also been the editor of a newspaper, which I could not do now, and wrote usuer's manuals back in the day. It is something I feel I still have to contribute and it is a way to be a contributing member to society. Also, I would LOVE to do this and get off Social Security Disability because I hate living off the government, but at this point, have to.

That organization would be The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. My true potential is to become like my Father in Heaven, to become one with Christ and a joint heir with Him in the Father's Kingdom. The Church provides the way for that to happen. I am taught the necessary eternal truths and guided as to how to fulfill them. The Church provides step by step instruction on how to become more Christ like so that we can receive full benefit from His atonement on our behalf. We learn to be good citizens, parents, family members, neighbors, saints. The promise of eternal blessings and the present comfort and peace and guidance from the Holy Ghost in this life are all the motivation I need to follow the teachings and commandments revealed from God to His prophets and delivered to His children, all that will listen to His words.

Organizations do not help people fullfill their dreams they are there to generate profit at the expense of the idividual. Everything is so profit driven that it is practically impossible for someone to live up to there potential or fullfill there dreams, because some organization is trying to take what little bit of a lively hood they are able to make. Which is not much because of greed. But you should know that by now because your rich and that's how you got there. But if money no longer had a value what would be your greatest asset not the orgazation it would fold, people have to rely on eachother to fulfill their dreams not organizations that would take there dreams away form them.

I think an organization can help some people, like me, fufil our life dreams. I think some ways it could motivate me to live up to my true potential is the fact that you are not alone.

I think being in an organization helps motivate you. You are united with other people with the same feelings, thoughts or ideas. Sometimes, people don't like to express themselves because they are afraid of being negatively judged by other people. When people make an organization, everyone is comfortable expressing themselves because they aren't alone. When people are comfortable, they aren't afraid to say what is on their minds. Example: You would rather talk about your feelings to someone you know let alone some one you don't know. When everyone has the same things set on their minds, it's like everyone is related somehow. That makes them more comfortable.

After being comfortable, you aren't afraid to show the organization your talents. For example: I love to golf! Not a lot of girls my age like to golf, since I'm only 13. If I am in a group of kids that like to golf as well, I feel comfortable. When I feel comfortable, I'm not afraid to "show them what I got." I can express myself by doing the best I can. I have the courage to hit the ball as far as I can, since no one is judging me. If I keep golfing when no one will be stopping or ridiculing me, I will have the courage to express myself. With a lot of practice, I'll reach my goal of being accepted to Duke University and being accepted on the LPGA as well!

I think being in an organization can help you fufil your life dreams and true potential. You get the chance to feel more comfortable and **REACH FOR THE STARS!**

It is very important for the organization to take pride in what it's doing. Money is important, but it's not the only reason for a company to exist.

So:

1) Being able to take pride in what you're doing/ a feeling of accomplishment.

2) Working in a team & knowing what team work means.

3) Honesty in the workplace (no back-stabbing politics).

An organization can help fulfill one's life dream showing honest interest in all one's needs as a human being, respect them, and, according to one's dedication to his or her responsabilities, make sincere efforts to help us achieve our individual goals , in our own pace. This organization say how much they really care and mean it. No one feels they are only a number or "disposable machine". Everyone feels valued and feels blessed for serving in any capacity.

Well, for one, they can ask. In my 10 years working I have only ever had one manager ASK me where I wanted to go and what I wanted to do. Organizations focus on assigning tasks and growing employees within the framework of what THEY want instead of what the employee may want. I still work for the manager who asked me that question, and he helps to make sure that my career grows in the direction that I want it to. Organizations, like any relationship, rely on communication, and communication is sorely lacking in most American companies today.

My first thought is of a church, or spiritual organization that exists for the aid and betterment of its people. It should be a place where its members can express their fears, feelings, and personal hopes without fear of other members' critiques, or judgement. A place where the folks can feel safe, and be safe - where one can make and sustain friendships - and especially not feel pressure to speak a certain way, believe a certain way, and above all - to introduce family members, or others to.

Mine is doing just that and here is why:

I have unlimited creativity and earning potential. If I can dream it (and sell it) I can do it. The more I dream and create, the more I make. My company has goals and they have no problem sharing the wealth for exceeding these goals. They do not limit me with imagination and creativity. Because of this, I love what I do and nothing fails because I'm so passionate about my work. And, I can make money doing it.

They are also very generous with my needs and believe in family first. I don't have to worry about missing a day of work because they allow me more time off than I require. This keeps the creativity flowing because I can rejuvenate any time I need to. I don't have to worry about taking a day to myself, so I don't get burned out.

Management supports me and respects me and my team members do too. there's never any nit-picking, power-trip "I'm the Big Boss" BS. Most everyone at work will lend their strengths to anothers weaknesses. I'm not always organized, but someone helps me stay that way. I get stuck, and someone is there to help. I make a reasonable request and it's usually granted, or negotiated at the very least. They hire selectively and don't keep negative people aka "energy vampires" no matter how well they do their job. In fact, they choose employees so well that these people rarely ever make it to the second interview or the office. They refuse to risk ruining morale by allowing negative forces to be there.

They also keep us motivated and inspired with speakers and fun events, a fitness center on site, snacks, trips, contests We have ongoing training and education. They trade with other companies to be able to give us "things" to motivate us. I've seen a few of your books around the office too.

Make no mistake, we are held to high standards and goals and work very hard, we just get to do it in a way that makes us feel good. I honestly couldn't ask for more and feel very fortunate to have found this job. The key is the unlimited creativity and earning potenial, motivational stuff and the "family first" values.

Excellent question.

I think that everyone is really searching for meaning, and fullfilling their purpose and they want to feel they are appreciated for their work. I often say it is a values match. If it’s a product or service you don’t believe in; if it’s a business model you don’t believe in; if you can’t support what the company stands for; if you don’t like the environment; if you’re not motivated by the mission, you’re always going to feel frustrated there. And perhaps your response to those issues will be to deaden your inner drive to be fabulous! So if you join an organization that enables to understand the mission and meaning of what you are doing, what value you are providing and then helps you feel valued and appreciated, then you will be moving toward fulfilling your life dreams.

(1) Fully funded education opportunities (professional development)

(2) Internal Upward mobility opportunities

(3) Bi-montly Professional Ethics courses for management and staff held seperately.

(4) Flex time

(5) Incentives

(6) Acknowlegment of good work

1. Education: Most companies have little or no education fund to ensure the continued professional development of their staff. As a result people sagnate in their jobs or are trapped due to lack of education thus they become discontent.

2. Internal movement: Some companies have a class ceiling with no room for progress

3. Professional Ethics: Many members of management lack the skill of communication and fail to realize that there positions of power does not negate them from being respectful or mindful that they are in fact speaking with atonomous adults.

Many Lack decorum and discuss staff with other staff members, they speak distastefully about staff with each other in inappropriate settings with little or no discretion.

4. There needs to be incentive attach to the job, incentives keeps the job interesting and staff motivated.

5. Acknowledgment of a job well done. Often times the only communication is one of complaints, now while concerns should be addressed it must be balanced with acknowledgment of good works at well.

I think an organization never fulfills your life dreams, nowadays in this cut throat competition employer only wants to suck maximum blood from his employee to carve a big chunk in the market.Organisaations have their own targets & stick there and they forget about the comfort of the employee.

second reason is alarming unemployment, if one goes ten come instead.

If you are referring to the company you work for..then yes. i have a few words on that...

Well ..first of all, not to be putting anyone down or anything, I am a indian born american, well educated and cultured, when i worked for most large companies as a Executive Asssitant, I felt that the people around me did not want me to be there. They gave me a hard time and wanted to see me fail, to make matters worse, i was a single parent and it was very hard for me to get to work by 8:00 am after dropping off my daughter to school which starts at 8:15am! how am I supposed to do that if the company I worked for did not give me a break? I was worked at ADP and at Insight (used to be called Comark) both places made my life hell for me. the women bitched at me for being late ( althought i always made up the time by taking only 1/2 hr lunch) upper management is supposed to be good to me right? but they were not! my own boss was not on my side. when my daughter was sick with asthma couple times, i was supposed to stay home with her under dr's advice and my boss at co mark was mad at me althought i had sick days!!!! can you believe it? i took two days off that year and he said if i could not find someone to watch my daughter i cannot work here and he fired me. so what do you think mr. Chopra about my answer????

I will tell you...When one is foreign born and educated it's a threat to people. so i had to deal with prejudice plus jealousy and i had no support from the companies i worked for..

on the other hand, i have seen the opposite happening..when white americans have babies..they get away with a flexible schedule why is that? i was an asset to my company just like these women..so can you explain why this happend to me?

I was so angry when this happend to me..i was a hard worker and i was committed to my job and i kept myself out of trouble..i did not waste time talking and chatting to people at my company like some people do..and still i was the one who had to suffer this!

today..i am a stay home mom, thank goodness i have a husband who can provide that for me..it's truly a luxury..and i think in the end ..i can say that it's true..what goes around comes around..i won! so it's ok i guess.

But yes companies should provide women with more support if they have children. women are primary care givers to their children and families and i think it's only fair to give them flexilable hrs at their work place. how is a woman to raise kids and work a full time job and run the house hold? it's too much. What about single parents? companies should understand this situation! it will be less stressful to know that your company is supportive of your situation.

Well Sir it ddepends on your life dream. Take WWE's Chris Jericho for example. Ever since he was little his dream was to be in the WWE. He ried his best and made it. You can see that many spent less time then he did in the WWE and left but it's been 10 years and he's still there. In an interview during his WWE Debut he said and I quote "My dream has become a reality". So yes depending on the company and your life dream yes it will fufil it.

well, all organizations are designed to help each and everyone to be successful through "good" leadership. On the other hand, one who receives a motivation from these people should and must be pro-active in applying those things. The attitude is one of the key to succeed in life.

Life can be considered an organization...and a very good learning experience...but it may be full of "miss information and "bad teachers".Spiritual organizations...from the church to 12 step programs to me are the best ones.Living life on life's terms and applying spiritual principals to life's terms are of a greater value to everyday living. Through spiritual programs and organizations I can only pray that through life's pathway the potholes are few and at every intersection yours and my signal is "green".

It all depends on what the organization does for it's members. I belong to the Mormon Church. This past Sunday for example, our Sunday School lesson was about a man named Nephi, who is a person named in the Book of Mormon. Nephi did a lot of things in his life, but this past week's lesson focused on the time he was crossing the ocean with his brothers and family.

His brothers were angry with him for their perception that he was responsible for putting them in the position they were in and were angry that their younger brother supposed that he should be in charge of them or become a ruler over them.

His brothers proceeded to tie him up and try to take control of the vessel they were sailing in. When they had done this, the ship was then caught in a storm and they were unable to steer the it. The compass they were using, called the Liahona, stopped working. They were tossed around in the storm for a period of 4 days before the brothers finally relented and untied Nephi. Nephi recounts that his hands and feet were extremely painful and swollen from being tied up for so long, but..... he got up and steered the ship anyway. He did not let the wrongs that had been perpetrated against him stop him from doing what he knew he needed to do.

The lesson for all of us is to keep pushing forward with our own goals no matter what kind of setbacks we may face.

This is just one of the lessons I've learned from the organization which is my Church, and there are countless others, but these are the kinds of things an organization can teach you to help you stay focused on your dreams and reach your full potential.

By listening to there employee.... Letting them live their dreams... If they need help with their dreams their should be a person in the company that can try to help them, if they can.

You will get loyal employees and the company will have less turn over and be making a better profit to share...

But its not always money employees wants (sometimes yes) they want to be realized that they are a part of the team, respected and informed... Show them that they count...

You already know the answer Dr. C, which is why you make the big bucks.

Taking as axiomatic both Maslow's heirarchy of needs and Jung's brand of psychology, both of which I'm sure you're intimate with, an organization simply needs to convey the appearance of supporting an individual on his way to self-actualization. This can be done by way of discourse technologization and making the company's goals take on the aspect of individual goals.

Claims like "we want to help you be your best in X company" when the company's actual goal is simply to make money for its shareholders goes a long way toward convincing individuals that the company is looking out for their interests. This can also go the other way, of course, where a company convinces the individual that while he is unique, he can only be his best by way of the organization. This is common in many MLM schemes as well as large corporations (eg: "I AM the Home Depot").

It's writing like yours, Dr. C., that allows organiazations to exploit people in this way. You're certainly not the only contributor, but just one in a long line. By convincing people that the goal is an airy-fairy, poorly-defined concept such as self-actualization, organizations can manipulate the unknown aspects of such a goal to create a scenario in which that organization is perceived as the only vehicle to achieve that goal.

The solution? Kill the Jungian model and the pie-in-the-sky self-actualization/true potential. Keep the comfort, appreciation, desire, and real emotions that people can relate to. An organization has to actually work at providing a comfortable, appreciative, appealing, and enjoyable atmosphere.

I think we need to be given the chance or the opportunity as employee.

Once the chance is given to us is up to the organization to help/challenge/test the true potential of the employee.

Many organizations have helped me live up to my true potential. The ones which seem to fuel my desire to fulfill my life dreams, are those which reach out to others in need, and find a way to not only help them, but also teach how to themselves. In turn, very often, the people who were not long ago being helped, are now helping others. This really inspires me to keep giving to others, teach my son importance of giving and caring for our world, and realize we all can make a difference in our own, unique way. Cheers!

I think organization is important, but not as important as it is made to be. People should feel less guilty about being disorganized. Being over organized makes people lose time and doesn't help being creative. Being to disorganized is bad too. It's a question of balance, like everything in life.
2014-06-30 21:55:13 UTC
Second part of your question: I have plenty of inspiration; it is the actualization of my true potential that I need help with. Time management, prioritizing and motivation. I want to return to my speaking and providing community workshops ; get non profit organization (I founded) back on Internet with the goal no one need die alone. And families not be alone at one of the most important time to be with another

I think an organization can help you by an offer with a deal.that's my answer. An organization could help you with the right job,the right amount of money. Not 0% money and not 100% money. Also how they could inspire you by the whole factor and company they set up.It's a simple deal, but doesn't come around that often.

I think of human as an organization. Its all in mind. How you prepare yourself mentally leads to fulfillment of your desired goals.

All of our life we strive for happiness sometimes by setting goals like if we have this beautiful house, a nice job with great salary. But evetually its all in mind how you think, whats the state of mind, you as a person and your mind as an organization determines the quality of your life, happiness

and how successful you will be in this world.

Best wishes.

An "organization" cannot. Only God and Jesus Christ can help you live up to your true potential.

Are you not a Christian?

(and no religion and the Church are not organizations, they are fellowships for the Christians to gather and share the love of God)

i don't think it inspires one to live up to anything all it is is a plan of action a small draft of what you should do next!

There for your not worried about what you should do you already organized it now you can just use your time to use that 6 letter work

ACTION!

First of all I need to know my true potential and also my company should know the same. Now The company will not know it automatically , I am the one who has to project my self.

Say, this is all done now.

Now the question of company inspiring.

A company provides me opportunities to prove myself and also provides me good work-home balance. When I prove myself I am duly rewarded and recognized.

I do not think that getting this inspiration is difficult but also not one sided.

It is all in our mind , it is all about dissatisfaction and satisfaction.

It is all upon how I see my life.

It is give and take.

Better we give first and then expect.

If you mean an employer when referring to an organization, what inspires me to live up to my potential would be the freedom to work (creativity, independence), open communication (easy access to information for employees), flexibility in time (hours of work), freedom to develop through learning (seminars, acquiring degree, training), mentoring programs (career planning), ownership of work (recognition, accountability), diversity (ideas, culture, etc.) and compensation (insurance, retirement plan, sick pay, vacation, competitive pay, bonuses, etc.). And trust.

In our world today, educational institutions do that everyday. Potential is another story. People need a full education and too many of today's education is without soul and meaning.

Without this 'mix' of the essentials, no dream can truly be realized with the authentic passion behind it if consciousness about what the dream truly means isn't placed at a level where 'happiness' is derived.
2008-02-26 16:07:29 UTC
I think an organization can help you fulfill your life dreams by providing you with people to back them up, people with similar views to themselves. It can help by showing people with a consciousness level akin to your own, people attempting to accomplish the same things as yourself. You really cannot accomplish much alone in this lif. The critical mass is a perfect example of this. A mass, not a person. For many things, our hope lies with the willingness of others to back you up. An organization is giving you your dream, having others to understand you, to help you find the path to the fulfillment of all your others.

We have to keep it in our mind that short term goals are not the only goals needed to fulfill. Integrity of workforce has to be part of any organization.Work hard for organization, concentrate on your goal, by keep accomplishing goals for organization eventually organization has to recognize your accomplishment and that would full fill your dream.

Karma is essential to full fill dream.

There's an organisation for everything... if i wanna go to canada i go to an airport or travel agents. if i wanna be famous i form a band write songs and go to an agency and get a manager etc. people fulfill there dreams from there passion and thats self inspiration.you can't teach or offer that. if you could offer that then it wouldn't last. life would be a little redundant if people could just rely on an organisation that could hand their dreams to them.people just wouldn't learn.
2008-02-20 08:03:55 UTC

In my own opinion, the best thing to do is you have to share and tell your family and friends about your dreams in life. And you have to prove to them that you have confidence, hope, believe and faith in yourself also the most important thing is to be very positive thinker. 100%percent they help you. You have to make a specific goals in life and be patience all the time. Approach someone who is close to you the one who believe in your dreams.

On the other hand, it is better to help others and someday you expect a great reward/gift and that is your dreams will come true. I hope this will help you.

an oraganization at best can provide a situation for growth only, but you do the work

but you already knew that and want others to realize that by your question...a Koan?

but seriously, that is a broad question.

are is a particular you can elaborate on, such as what do you mean by potential?

potential:

nice house?

money in the bank?

a family a future?

spiritually?

can you elaborate please

1) To fulfill all the gifts God has given me and continues to give me,

2) To set up a pure income which can be spent on:

a- help other people who are in serious need for financial aids

b- provides a model to show others that a clean income is possible, without any need for lyes, hoax, tricks or fraud. To show there is no need for doing business on Tobacco, sex, narcotics, etc...

c- to support other people who need someone to trust on them and help them build their own unique venture.

d- to save our environment and planet, when and where others don't want to spend money on such subject...

3) To bring people from different races, nationalities, sects, religions, etc, in a single act for wonderful aims. Let them know that whatever they mark or label themselves is nothing in comparison to good deeds and a loving heart that beat for others,

4) To let all the good ideas and creative thoughts, find a place to be fulfilled regardless of consuming or commercial features.

5) Train staffs' ambitions to get used to fill the spiritual gaps and voids, instead of materialistic greeds.

6) Provide a working atmosphere that people experience how can be working, when you love your job.

Hello There! What i was thinking, if was able to get anything in this life besides my two kids, that extremely makes me happy. I would have to say, to be able to become an internationally known entertainer. I really have a passion for music. So i would be able to take my kids all around the world. Exploring the Earth, and let them get a chance to meet all of the music composers each and every last one of them, for me also. 2. Have staff that is encouraging, building people up rather than discouraging, stepping on top of them to climb the corporate ladder.

3. Let me see how I am REALLY helping people.

Hi. I believe that a company can inspire you to fulfill your life dreams by providing you with support and encouragement. In our group, we always work together as a team, which is important, since we work from home. We always celebrate success and stay accountable to one another. We also mentor one another and remind each other of our 'why's" when times get tough, as they can with any business. We have a lot of corporate support as well and we are given plenty of opportunity for self-development and creativity. I believe those things are key with any business.

I became involved with a group in Chicago that changed my life and how I deal with relationships. We I met my wife I felt that she had some work to do also and she went because it was something I wanted. It was a breakthrough course for her as well. I believe it helped us build a relationship that led to marriage and ultimately a family.

Our company sent over 500 employees.

To answer the question, Pathways supported me with a network of caring staffers and I was then supported by the relationships that I forged with fellow classmates. In turn I supported them.

Offer opportunities to expand into areas you feel passionate about, without fear of reprisal for wanting to be somewhere else.

Offer additional opportunities for work/life balance based on a recognition of exceptional effort and achievement. Currently, the workload continues to increase without additional compensation and bonuses, and with increasing out of pocket costs for benefits. Vacation days, though not free, can be a great motivator for people who are going the extra mile to make things happen and doesn't require any cash outlay.

Also determination added to the mix. Be determined. Focus on your dreams.

Most organizations especially long standing ones with significant history do not care or are willing to listen to the rank in file worker. The develop policies that discourage thinking outside the box. Which makes coming to work very oppressive. When companies have policies that encourage the regular worker/non executive to think outside the box. Then the you will have an organization who has employees who will even bother to have dreams. I have been in companies that had executive ice, the people who were actually out doing the work, so the executives could have the lifestyles they did were not allowed to even think about opening a certain refrigerator for ice.

my offering practical advice to problems or challenges I might be having reaching my dreams.

skilled leaders and helpful people in that organzation would make me feel well served.

If the organization were a bank for example, and they helped me with a financial plan for achieving a dream, then that would be helpful.

By providing good information about the organization, experienced customer support team, quality catalog of products and by offering different ways to show the public HOW each of them can achieve their own desired outcome or goals whether it is weight loss, or financial/ health and-or prosperity.

Gen-Xers have no security and little sense of ownership or control. If you're trying to please us, you'll want to let us know what you can do for us. Probably individually is best. We're not baby-boomers... who are currently "the haves." They are more likely to sit around and hope something good will happen. They expect to get something for free (health care, social security as examples). We _tend_ to expect absolutely nothing except what we earn. If you can provide a feeling of sharing + security then that's going to go over well. We'll leave you high and dry if all you offer is promises.

If an organization will look at an individuals problems, rather than process them through whatever program they designed, I believe it would truly change the world.

It is the people working with the idea that you like. Organizations of music can help you be a good musician and then one day, you get a job in that career. It is about the idea that they promote that catches your mind.

i just need lots of encouragement right now after losing everything in my life. My husband ,job and my home!

If I had help up and a better job I know I could prosper.

I had attained an AA degree in my younger years in computer aided drafting......when I graduated I was so excited! But I never could get a job in that field.......I always got the same line..You need more experience...but how do you get experience without a job.So I had to rely on my Retail experience ,then my degree was absolutley useless!

If there was something out there to help me get a better job....So I could at least live my life instead of just survive....

my dream is to get rid of the internet world-wide and to re-instate carrier pigeons as mail service. Mr. Positive Thinking Guru, can you give me some advice or encouragement how i can achieve this dream of changing the world over from internet use to carrier pigeon use? Of failing that, how i can achieve my other dreams of becoming the supreeme dictator of the world, running around the world on my own 2 feet in the time it takes for a lesser human to run the marathon, and becoming the inventor of levitation?

ok, i'm being sarcastic, but i'm angry for having my head filled with optimism for foolish and impossible dreams when i was young instead of being taught to live in the real world.

but for me, an organization CAN help me achieve my dream. I really need a group of salesmen to sell my novel, like Middlesex had 4 salesmen working on it sending junk to magazines to get them to review it, or failing that, at least publication by an organization such as Dell Ray. Since i can't have that i have to live like a normal person and watch TV, hang out, and do what i can.

most people don't have life dreams, or they call getting married or starting a business a "dream". these are the happy people. Enough dreams. More reality.

I. Me. I am the only one with the drive, the need and the morality to fulfill my life's dreams.

I am quite against the seed you have subtly planted here. I negate the need or responsibility of any organization, including the government, to become involved in what my life dreams are. It is extremely dangerous territory and opens a door for tyranny and control of our very beings.

For me, there is nothing an organization can, or should be allowed to do to inspire me. My inspiration comes from meditation and loving my fellow man.

Thank you for posting this alarming question. I respect you very much and if someone as you is thinking along these lines it frightens me to think what's afoot in other camps.

if you mean by organization, organizing your life or schedules or any daily life activities i think that by being organized is very helpful and positive thing. myself try to organize whatever i have. it makes me comfortable and it relief my stress away.

but if you mean by organization a group of people that is another thing. the organization is really very helpful to provide you with a lot of support. of course different kind of support for instance, financially or emotionally or...

An organization that assists me in achieving my full potential allows me to make mistakes and learn to repair or mend them. I am free to build on the present system of functions with discussion and clarity. I am recognized as a human being with willingness to contribute to a greater purpose and if accommodation is needed, it is viewed with compassion and pro-activity. Intentions are recognized and appreciated or brought to attention. If correction is imperative, it is done with compassion and accepted with humility. Micro management would mean disrespect therefore, those in authority harbor little assumption of my character or motive. A natural understanding is allowed to grow as the relationship builds between us. Perturbation is understood as inevitable and allowances are made based on observation of my personality. Law, order and rules are given with acceptance of feedback from subordinates. However, treatment of a "subordinate" would be of reciprocity. One learns from another regardless of the established hierarchy. Stewardship is a duty of all. Continuing education is ongoing and offered to everyone. Topics cover health insurance to industry standards. Everyone's position is regarded as pieces working within a whole. Connection with family is regarded as sacred and honored allowing an individual to remain connected with loved ones through out the day within agreed reason and respect toward others' work efficiency. Just as errors are focused on, achievements are emphasized even more. A code of honor is accepted throughout the organization and disagreements or trespasses are to be first resolved between individuals, then a mediator. Superiors are last to resolve a dispute. Non-violent communication is offered regularly and the organization offers opportunities to practice and internalize such concepts. Personal growth is encouraged and everyone participates. Awareness is seen as optimum as the bottom line of the business. In such an environment, I would be part of a community and feel a sense of wholeness. The concepts I value such as connection, health, family, and wealth would be integrated in the organization. Each day is a joy to wake up to and to serve fellow human beings in such an organization, an honor.

If your dream is to be at a certain level in the organisation in the hierarchy sense, it can help you to achieve it according to your ability and competence. It can promote you to a higher position until you reach a level where your performance remain constant or deteriorate.

It can empower you to fulfill your dream, if you believe in it and work with it as a team.

By helping me see clearly what I've accomplished (or helped to accomplish), and help me keep my goals in sight. When you do a task that is straightforward and physical, like installing a carpet or cleaning up a mess, you can step back at the end of the day and see how much you got done. However, when you are like me, working on more intellectual pursuits that produce variable results (in my case, basic science research), it can be easy to lose sight of the big picture. You can get lost in the details and the current snafus and get discouraged or side-tracked. It's important to have procedures in place to remind us, or force us to remind ourselves, exactly what it is that we're trying to do, and how today's tasks relate to that goal.

The organization must contain people consciously on their own similar journey.

I need them to recognize my failings and limitations and help me to grow. I need loving, compassionate and respectful help to begin to rise above whatever my present state is. I can grow for a lifetime and still have less than what most people have naturally but what is important to me is that I do what I can.

My contact with the organization should help me to understand my true nature. I think that knowing who I am (and I am sure I only have ever had the tiniest glimpse) is essential to me becoming aware of my potential. The more I believe I can do the more I can do.

It is funny to me (as in peculiar) that so long as I place my trust in the universe then the help I need comes my way without me having to qualify where that help comes from. It worries me though that I don't always stay in that state (far from it!) and often I spend so much time living yesterday and tomorrow that I forget about the present moment. It seems to me that the present moment is the only time that I can get any help and inspiration.

An Organisation may help you fullfill your life dreams by harmonising the available resources to the optimum level and striking a balance in fulfilling organisational goals as well as ensuring the growth of the individuals involved in achieving the goals.Digniity and the respect of the individuals should not be compromised at any cost. Every one must get its due at right time. New openings in the organisation must be offered to the existing staff by the organisation.

Be more active in the local community. Don't just sit on the sidelines and watch the game.

If an organization has the power to create change, I suggest they do it.

For some it's material. For others more humanitarian. And others still - to simply find peace within. 'Dreams' are fueled by hope.... but they are fulfilled by faith and conviction.

Hello! I don't believe an organization could help me with my dream. I would like to be able to take my husband to Vietnam ( where he's from ) and get herbal medicine to cure his diabetes, and to get herbs to help other diseases for people. Natural herbs has always been here and i believe it should be brought back. Greed and Money has taken over. Today, so many people only believe in manufactured medications. It's really a shame!!!! Although there is western medicine has helped many, many people!!!

that's a good question. i think the best way is by giving people espically young adults a better education. it seems to me that a lot of inner city kids don't go to college and that goes for me as well. we can't afford it. i want to be a actress but i don't know where to begin if organizations could set up seminars where people could get the information they need to futher there careers or even get on started then they can take it from there to better themselves

An ORGANIZATION CANNOT help you fullfill your dreams.

A person's dreams are intrinsic to them, and for the dream to have real value they MUST be achieved through the individuals OWN effort.

The best thing an organization (such as GOVERNMENT) can do for the individual is "GET THE H*LL OUT OF THE WAY"

I am answering this question for my grandson who is legally blind. I think an organization could help by providing him the monies to attend schools necessary for him to achieve his full potenial acedemically so that he could eventually become self-sufficient. I would also hope he would get counseling to help him cope with his disability. I also would like for him to get the best medical treatment available and to be evaluated by the best doctors available. These things are made available to him now but like any other grandmother, I want the best for him.

...wow-it can help everybody involved with shared ideas and when those ideas are put into the world of action- good things can happen(obviously-bad could too)...so,let's say an idea is the mother of an invention and activity is the father of the invention...and the baby is the result without intervention=)...hopefully it is for the betterment of all-it should be-that is what all ur gifts are for...the body-the heart and mind and the spirit to make the world a better place...
2008-02-16 12:54:07 UTC
These are two different questions.

For the first question I have to say that if an organization could take my skills and knowledge and enable me to market them, that would help me fulfill my life dreams. My problem is not lack of skill or lack of knowledge in my field - it's knowing how to earn a good living from it that I lack.

For the second question I'd assume that I was a member of an organization, factory, mill, business etc. In this case I know of no better inspiration for me to live up to my potential than for management to regularly listen to the rank and file workers give their suggestions as to how their work situation and product can improve and then implement those suggestions. This gives the worker "ownership" in the product and pride in his/her work, and loyalty to the company. This is where the Japanese far out-class the Americans in their auto businesses. For example, Toyota workers have extremely high loyalty, because their ideas to improve their work environment as well as the product have been heard by management and implemented to the company's benefit.

I belive the best way this can be achieved is when an organization has capable managers on the top level and they know which person has what potential and interst.

I belive all people can work to thier best potential only when they are given the job of thier choice, if a painter is given a job of an accountant, then he will fail miserably.

I belive the the allocation of job should be done after lot of initial interviewing.

By helping me understand what it really means to, 'love self, neighbour,' and so the 'organistation' - 'God'. These are 'keys' to a potentially very good, healthy, wholesome, living, flourishing 'organisation' I think. A 'God'ly organic/living society/organ-isation, where dreams/potential are truly given the real possibility of being truly realised - by loving self, neighour and the 'Organisation'.

But dearie me - organisations have been trying that for millenia - and failed miserably, by the very fact of being 'organisation's - with the problems/power struggles inherent in same.

Someone else said it must have a heart. Indeedy. A head is useless without the life of/from the heart. Dreams/potential have life in the heart :-)

Just like what the late John F. Kennedy has famously said, "Ask not what your country can do for you; ask what you can do for your country."

An organization can't really fulfill one's dreams, it just basically provide you with an opportunity and platform to work with. It really take you time and effort to work your way through. Needless to say, luck plays an important factor in life too.

By changing the status quo. While capitalism and the spirit of competition have served the world well for many years, I personally believe that the survival of our species will increasingly depend on our ability to cooperate, move beyond nationality, religion, ethnicity, gender and any other personal attributes that separate us and address those global ills so many seem to take for granted as eternal and hopeless (poverty, overpopulation, over consumption of resources...etc.) that pose the greatest threat to our species and others as well.

by extending a helping hand to the needy (geniuine) you will have to fix your own organisations standards for that and ask for the help from the members of the organisation to extend help in what ever way they can to those who need it and particularly at the time of need........... otherwise it will become something as Justice delayed is Justice denied and the faith of the people in general in the organisation will fade away.......and this chain can continiue ...........get help in your need and give help in others need ......is one of the way of helping people fulfill thier dreams and also by doing some thing for others around make you to do a little extra and can help indiviuals in inspiring them to live upto their true potential

Only if the leader or the head of an organization has the potential to live up to his own dreams. It has been written in the history about the rise and fall of an onganizations.Healthy leaders took their companies to the top and some took them down with them.We really need a good leader. It does not matter if he is a president of a country or a leader of a religious group.
