Why are there rectangles everywhere?

They are everywhere. As you're reading this, you're probably standing/sitting on a rectangle, and you're definitely staring into one.

Once there was a fad of dome building. People were absolutely fascinated by this shape that had no rectangles nowhere.



Then they began to realize that most of that space in a dome was wasted because the walls were not vertical. People are vertical. Refrigerators are vertical. Bookshelves are vertical. And because floors are always level, no matter what, vertical walls make rectangles. And there you are: rectangles everywhere!

lol thats a very good question! i think rectangles are likes brother or sisters of squares i guess ._. the multiply and changes shapes like people

Easier to cut than circles.

Although I do have lots of can good that are round.

Plates pots and tires too.



So, why are there so many circles around ?
