Two child ceiling on procreation should start us off to population control. Now that we have a handle on the poverty inheritance, we can save the living by destroying drugs, guns, alcohol and fireworks. Sure there will be accidents, but it is the death toll that we CAN control that interests me here.

NOw that we have saved the premature deaths, we can limit all salaries to a reasonable wage, especially each country's president. No unions are allowed, because intelligent workers can surely speak intelligently for themselves if they are not pleased.

Each country has a national healthcare system that actually works to help the patient. Imagine that! (See Sweden) That premium is taken out from their pay and no other co-pay or deductible is required. The differences in money will be paid by reducing all medical salaries over $100,000. So, many doctors, specialists and healthcare workers who are living fat on the working class dollar, will now have to "almost earn" their pay.

All federal taxes are a flat 15% across the board, until a person reaches $100,000, then the tax platform raises to a flat 25%. NO entertainment writeoffs or skimming would be tolerated. Anyone who thinks that they deserve $25 million for starring in a movie can surely afford to give $6.25 million to the government and still be able to afford groceries, a car and a pool boy.

Schools are now open 12 months out of the year, with one week breaks in spring and winter yet, but only one summer week off at early July.

All major highways must have a carpool lane, as in California. Driving in the carpool lane without a passenger is a $1000 fine. This has shown to releive traffic congestion and reduce the amount of auto pollution during peak traffic hours.

Any major company that contaminates public waterways, are subject to a $10 million fine, plus the cost of re-conditioning that contaminated water.

Sound tough? How long do you think that we can live at the rate that we are going?

Create a doctrine for human rights --

Get religion out of government

Work on stabilizing young economies

Control civil wars

Encourage the free market

Improve condition for women in many countries

But that wouldn't work in real life: To rule the world, I would necessarily have to violate the human rights of other people.

1.No one may profit by more than 12 times the cost of a product or service.

2. No boss may earn more than 12 times the pay of his lowest paid worker.

3. Health workers will be viewed as vocational workers and as such they will pay 50% of the price for all goods and services.

4. Educators will viewed as vocational workers after 6 grades of service, thereby ensuring they will see at least one generation of kids through the school system.

5. No-one may travel cross country to work, for longer than 1 year in every 10 years. Ensuring a huge saving in fuel and diversification of employment.

6. Out of town shopping malls will be converted in lorry parks and goods storage yards, where all large vehicles will drop their goods, for collection by smaller vehicles, for delivery into the centre of towns and villages.

7. No large vehicles,(except emergency) in towns or villages.

stop all religions that cause war. Put women on an equal or better wage than men, more ladies footy on the tele, so they can get paid thousands each week for doing next to nothing. All men to get 6 months maternity leave when their child reaches 6 months old, so the woman can go back to work for a while to get her life back after such a truamatic experience in giving birth.
