If a drunk driver rammed someone’s car on the road, what is the person supposed to do?

Drive back home then call the police?

Drive back home and call the insurance company?

Stay where they are and call the police?

Would the police show up on their own if nobody called them?

What’s the person supposed to do?

Stay at the scene and call the police immediately - and also an ambulance if there are any injuries and/or the fire department if there is a fuel spillage. But, definitely the police first - 9-1-1

I agree with most of the other people here, but I have one very important question; did the drunk driver have the intent to hurt, kill, or maim? Cuz if they did, you certainly don't want to stay there with that person. Try to write down/remember everything you can and get to a safe place, but I wouldn't reccomend calling the police while you are driving. Hey, if you are the one who is being attacked, you are all shaken up and probably not thinking clearly. So get to a safe place first and then call the police. ^,,^

Stay where you are and call the police, No i dont think that the cops would show up if there wasn't a call to bring them to the area. If you dont have a cell phone or access to one where you are at go to nearest phone and call. Try and remember all the details that you can to give to the cops.
