From a phone in takeaway delivery service before?

I just phoned up my local chinese takeaway and instead of the usual friendly service I spoke to a new employee a woman who answered with "wat ya wanting" no hello or could I help you, I then told her my order and she said "You day ken that'll be an oor" to which I said thats ok

Totally ignorant I think I'll be taking my custom elsewhere from now on

I had appalling customer service from our local branch of Domino's Pizza once-I clearly placed my order (my partner was sat there and heard me), they recited my order back to me and it was correct. The order was incorrect on arrival and not something I could ever eat, so I phoned to complain, the manager was very rude and barely spoke English (which I find odd they should put someone who can't speak basic English in a role that requires communicating efficiently with customers!). Anyway, he argued with me for a while, and said the order was written down in front of him and that's what I ordered, I told him I had a witness, and that the person taking the order had recited the correct order back and he got really rude insisting I was wrong, somehow I managed to restrain myself from telling him where to shove it and asked "Why would I order an item that I can't stand?". Anyway after 10 minutes of arguing with him I got my money back, but can't say I'll ever use them again after his attitude problem when they were in the wrong.



Customer service sucks these days!

there is not something incorrect with the shopper service. you've in basic terms equipped your self as a lot as be a someone and anticipate superstar treatment...why could they carry an merchandise for you in case you won't be able to arise with the money for to purchase it NOW...as another shopper can. i imagine you're the single which is being unreasonable anticipating a business enterprise to do you personal favours at the same time as they don't actually have a clue who you're - and do not care extra to the point. Their business enterprise is supplied on promoting and in no way on booking and promoting at the same time as a shopper 'receives funds'...that can lead them to a charity. So get over your self and characteristic funds waiting previously you flow a-shoppin'!!

trying to call the internet company and getting through to india dont get me wrong my best friends background is indian but its so frustrating talking to them over the phone they never give me the advice im longing for

or, you could just complain

or let the women know how rude she was.. but in that case dont bye the food from there because you might begin to find long pubes in your food, yummy :)

hi i was a manager we had so many rude customers it was unbelievable, but i warned my staff to be polite and smile as the customer is always rite
