I was just trying to help. What is the problem!?

If someone asks for your help,
then you ask them several questions so you could figure out how to help them,
then they tell you,
"forget it. You don't know anything"

-- What would you think/do?

For example,
someone asked me for help after she printed out something from the internet.
She said it was a page she didn't intend to print, and wanted to re-use the same paper to print something else
(because the content didn't take up much of the paper).
She asked me which direction to put the paper back into the printer, and since I was unsure,
I asked her which direction the online content was printed out (forwards, or upside down)
so I could determine which way to put the paper back in
(so the next thing she'd print wouldn't print over what was already on the paper),
then she suddenly yells and tells me I'm useless.

What is the deal?!

some people get frustrated easy and take it out on the very one's trying to help.

Maybe you where giving to many verbal instructions and she was looking for someone to physically do it for her.

Since she's the one asking for help to begin with,

then she's the one that doesn't know anything.
