Why are people so dumb and lazy?

Seriously... I mean, there are so many questions on here that could be answered with just a little bit of research! But no, people post their question on here and the sit and refresh the page every 5 seconds waiting for someone to give them the answer... what a life... these people could've had the answer in the time it took to post the question. I think it's really nice when people respond with the website that has the answer. That's just so caring, at least there are still people in this world who know how to research things on the internet. LOL!

And that's only the beginning of the laziness. I mean, people used to have to go outside to get things done, rely on gossip, books, and the newspapers for information. Even before that, we didn't NEED information. It was hard enough to survive day by day. And as time goes on, and new technology develops, they will say " This is PROGRESS! Look, a century ago we had to walk, now we only need to sit. Our needs are fulfilled." After all, isn't it only recently we've had the "obesity epidemic"?

EVERY question on here could have been researched by the asker. But not everybody knows how to do it, or may only have a rough idea, and not know what search terms would produce the right results.
